This machine keeps up with our water chugging family

Makes nuggets (choice of small or larger) in about 6-7 minutes per round and isn’t overly loud like my last one was. This has been used about twice a week since getting it and no issues. The plug is easy to pop out and put back in and so far seals perfectly. I appreciate the cleaning feature although I haven’t had to use that yet. This has worked smoothly every time we use it. This isn’t going to keep your ice nuggets from melting in the maker so once it’s full (alerts you as such) I just add that ice to my little freezer ice container with lid that I have. One full to the fill line of water ran completely through until all water is used fills my 8.5” long x 7.4” wide x 6.6” tall ice container nicely and we're set for 3-5 days. We use ice daily to some extent (two in the household) so this size works fine for us. I wouldn’t have freezer room for any larger of a container to hold more ice anyways so I’m ok with the size of this. The ice scoop is a good size but we don’t really end up using it. It’s a nice addition though and may come in handy for other purposes. While storing I put a 4 slice toaster cover over it to protect it a bit from dust. It almost goes all the way to the bottom so good enough for me. Really no complaints. It’s been great for us thus far and is so much better than finding room for several ice trays in my freezer to accommodate the amount of ice this makes. Plus this is way quicker.

I’ve been using the Sweetcrispy countertop ice maker for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say I’m genuinely impressed. It’s compact, efficient, and perfect for my small office area. I use a small fridge in my office and have the old-style ice trays, which take up a lot of space in the compact freezer area. Now, I can make ice on the spot with this machine, and I transfer the ice into my mini fridge for convenience. What I Love About It: ✅ Fast Ice Production – I was amazed that it can pump out nine bullet-shaped ice cubes in just a few minutes. I tested both sizes, and the large cubes are perfect for iced coffee, while the smaller ones are great for chilling smaller glasses. I have even used the ice to help keep food cold.. ✅ User-Friendly & Simple Setup – Setup was a breeze. I followed the directions, cleaned the basket and scoop, filled the tank to the max line, and was making ice within minutes. The control panel is intuitive, and the size selector worked without issue. ✅ Nice, Smooth Bullet Ice – The ice comes out perfectly shaped and smooth, easy on the hands and mouth. Watching the ice form through the transparent lid is also fun, especially for guests who’ve never seen an ice maker in action! ✅ Quiet & Compact – This unit is quiet enough for everyday use—about the volume of a running fridge. It doesn’t take up much counter space and is lightweight enough to move around when needed. ✅ Self-Cleaning & Easy Drain – Cleaning is a snap with the bottom drain plug and the self-cleaning feature (just hold the power button). ✅ Smart Features – It has indicator lights for when the water is low or when the basket is full, so I don’t have to guess. Just note that the basket itself isn’t refrigerated, so you'll want to use or freeze the ice fairly quickly. Overall, this ice maker is perfect for day-to-day use or small gatherings. It won’t replace a freezer’s ice tray for big parties, but it’s excellent for “on-the-fly” ice without the wait.

I put his ice maker in my mother-in-law apartment. It is on the louder side of small ice-makers, perfect for a mother-in-law apartment. The apartment is small, which works for this small ice maker. This device is too small for a family of 4 that likes their cold drinks. It wouldn't create enough ice when in demand. You would need to make ice and baggy it in the freezer. Freezer ice lumps together and is a bother. Unpacking was easy. What impressed me the most was how quickly I made ice. A minute or so to unpack, a quick reading of the instructions, a good wipe down, and water fill to the max line, plug in, push a button, and you're in business. You'll need to run four ice loads through before consuming the ice (the instructions recommend). The machine is on the louder side but not a big issue, especially when you consider the price. When all is said and done, this is a good machine that produces ice for a couple of people. Remember, this isn't that nice crunching ice you get from the expensive machines. This is bullet ice, which is OK for ice chewers but not ideal like the crunchy ice from my GE machine.
