My expectations weren’t high for a k-cup version of hot chocolate, but I was pleasantly surprised by these. They have a nice flavor and are worth the money. If you want to enjoy a more decadent treat, add a splash of heavy whipping cream to the cup and it adds an additional creaminess. But, even without the heavy whipping cream, these k-cups are worth a try.

However, the taste of the sweetener in the mix is a bit of a letdown. It has an artificial aftertaste that detracts from the overall flavor. While it’s not overly offensive, it’s noticeable enough to keep this from being the perfect hot cocoa experience. Adding a splash of milk or a dollop of whipped cream helps balance the taste and elevate the flavor. I had to reorder this one again before the season was up because my adult kid loves this. I have huge cups so, it requires 2 of these in each cup. I like to add a bit of heavy cream just to enhance the flavor. My kid likes to add a bit of heavy cream and baby marshmallows. If you like peppermint hot cocoa, then give this one a try. It's not cheap, but it does make the winter seem a bit brighter.

Our kids LOVE this hot chocolate. We use the "strong" brew function on our Keurig to get as much chocolatey flavour out of it as possible. In my opinion, this is better than the Laura Secord and Nestle versions. It's smooth, creamy and delicious. Enjoy!

J'ai viens de commander le paquet de 28 capsules et j'ai reçu une boîte de vingt-deux capsules avec six extras même pas dans une boîte. Si c'est pour un cadeau, je ne vous conseille pas.
