Great customer service. Had a minor issue with the item when it arrived. One of the camera lenses protectors was cracked (the packaging was also damaged - definitely more an Amazon shipping issue than a product issue). I emailed support like the packaging insert instructed and was mailed a replacement immediately. I’ve used these cases on all my iPhones to date and never had any issues. The sleek minimal design of these case with the bonus screen and camera lenses protectors makes them ideal for someone like me who doesn’t want the excess bulk most other cases add to the device. This case is more than sufficient for protection from everyday handling. Because I’m very meticulous with my electronic devices, I’ve never dropped or severely damaged one. Therefore, I cannot speak to just how protective this case in such incidents. I can say that the included screen protector did fully protect my screen when a clumsy friend dropped their glass on my phone while it was sitting on a table. The screen protector cracked fully but my phone screen beneath was unharmed. Not even a tiny splinter. I just removed the damaged protector, replaced it with the spare and…voila! I will continue to use Tauri cases now and in the future when I upgrade my device; just as I’ve done the last several years. I’ve gotten tremendous value for my money and great customer service when needed.

I have always hated putting a case on my phone (bulky, heavy and ugly). When my battery began to deteriorate on my phone, I tried to get the battery replaced rather than buying a new phone. That didn't work because the back of my phone was so shattered from dropping it many times that the tech could not disassemble the phone in a way that would allow reassembly. So, after I bought my next phone, I decided to be smarter this time and put a case on it right away. I ordered the Tauri case. Everything I had previously hated about a case had been addressed. This case is clear, comes with screen protectors, fit my phone perfectly without adding much bulk or weight and without obscuring the design/color of the phone. Highly recommended.

I have had this case for over a year and it has done its job very well. But I specifically came to write a review today because my phone dropped into the drive belt of a 60 inch zero turn mower. The belt literally came off the mower tracks which stopped the entire mower from working. I knew my phone would be in a million pieces, especially when I noticed I’d also run over it with the mower tire. I picked it up and the phone case is very bit up and I need a new one, but my phone is in pristine condition. I came back to buy another of the exact same one. 10 stars.

This has been a good case. I bought in 9/2023 and it's still working....but, I will say that it has not completely stayed crystal clear. The sides have discolored. I'm not really sure when it started to occur, so obviously, it hasn't bothered me a great deal, BUT, now that I really notice, I think I want to find a new case. I originally started using the part of the case that covers the pro lenses, but found that dust and such would get trapped under it which made it harder to take clear pics, so I removed it after a month or so. The case is raised around the edges of the lenses, so that send to protect them to a degree. The screen protector did it's job. It cracked after a fall but my phone screen was unharmed. I finally just replaced it (pure laziness on my part) using a tauri kit with installation guide. Super easy!! They only reason I've given it 4 stars is because of the discoloration.

The case is exactly what is shown. It fits my phone perfectly. It's got a bit of grip to it so it doesn't slip in my hands. It's already held up to a really hard fall when I had to suddenly reach to grab my kid in a parking lot. My phone hit the concrete face down and came away unscathed. Honestly, I was skeptical ordering this case with 2 glass screen protectors for my iPhone 16 plus. Less than half what was charged for similar cases at the phone store and other physical and online retailers. I was pleasantly surprised. Attractive and functional, comes with 2 glass screen protectors and accessories and clear instructions for installing them. Easy to insert and remove phone. Charging port correctly sized for Apple and aftermarket charging cables.

This iPhone case and screen protector set is definitely worth the money. The case fits snug and covers all the edges without being bulky, and the buttons are still super easy to press. The screen protector was easy to apply—no bubbles, no fuss—and it’s held up well with no scratches or cracks so far. It’s not some heavy-duty military case, but for everyday protection, it absolutely does the job. Stylish, affordable, and reliable. I’d buy it again.

Dans mes recherches de protection coque + protège écran , il y avait trop de choix différents , difficile de s’y retrouver et de choisir … Les commentaires m’ont rassuré sur ce produit de Tauri et le produit correspond vraiment à ce que j’attendais . Tout est là pour protéger et l’installation est bien expliqué avec notice papier et aussi lien vidéo . Package digne d’Apple , très soigné . J’ai reçu un mail ( automatique certe ) du vendeur me disant qu’au besoin , possible de les contacter et aussi des explications supplémentaires. Très beau rendu. La coque est agréable. Les protections objectifs sont facile à installer. À voir si cela n’enlève pas de qualité aux photos. Mais un super pack, bien complet. Seul bémol malgré le film de protection retiré j’ai deux taches blanches sur la coque qu’on voit sur la photo.
