This portable air compressor is fantastic. Great value for the cost. The air hose has a quick connect/disconnect coupling, which prevents air loss during attachment/detachment. Runs on AC & DC. The model I bought came with a DC cord that plugs into a cigarette lighter. Which is fine, because my 2018 Honda has two. Make sure your car has one or look for another option for DC power. I mostly use it to keep my bicycle tires inflated. But it's small enough that I carry it in my car so I have it in an emergency. Comes with a nice zippered carrying case.

This thing makes life easy! I have used several times and beats finding pay for air! The great feature is you dial the pounds and it inflates to it without using a gauge. Seems fairly accurate. Throw it rear of vehicle and it is there when needed. I was so happy I boughg my wife one. Highly recommended?

I've had this item for a few years and only used a handful of times and it worked great until the hose was worn from the bend in the storage area in the back of the housing. Air started coming out of it instead of the end of the hose and into the tire. The company saw this and reached out to me and took care of it! Now I have a new one and they are working on the issue. You just don’t get customer care like that anymore! It is everything you need it to be. Auto off function after you preset to the desired tire pressure. It’s compact and convenient and I always have it in my car. It is fast and I can fill the tires at my house or on the go. I’ve looked at the other options and even though the original one had the malfunction, I’d still purchase this one again. Thank you.

Here is the only review that you need: My family now owns 3 of these Teromas Air Compressor/Inflators, and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about them. If you are looking for an air pump / tire inflator, just order this and I can literally promise you that you will not be disappointed! These are extremely durable, the build quality is SOLID for the price-point, and they inflate standard automobile tires at a very respectable speed. Here are some quick bullet points I'd like to share: 1) We have 1 in each of our vehicles (My wife, my daughter, and myself) 2) These are amazing, and keep you from EVER having to go to a gas station for air. 3) They come with BOTH a standard house-outlet power cord, AND an automotive outlet power cord. 4) We have used these VERY frequently; especially in cold winters (when tire pressure drops regularly). 5) This pump can literally top-off all 4 tires on a vehicle in less than 1-2 minutes per tire. 6) We use these for a sedan, and 2 larger SUVs; and they work great for all vehicles. 7) There is a built in BRIGHT LED light on the front of the unit, which illuminates the area if using in the dark. Lastly: Customer service at Teromas is AWESOME. We emailed them because we needed a new power cord, and they immediately shipped us a ENTIRE BRAND NEW pump unit with both cords instead! They told me that they truly value their customers. If you are on the fence... Don't be! Just buy this pump for everybody who owns a car. lol.

So far, so good. Haven't had need to use it yet but did test it on 1 car tire. The only improvement I would have liked would be that the hose would be a little longer. Oher than, that, worked great and very convenient.

I have used this tire inflator on 2 occasions and it worked very well. The pump comes with a cord to connect to an electrical outlet and also a cord to connect to the car cigarette lighter outlet. This cord is long enough to reach from the outlet to even the back tires. I have read that some people complained about the pump giving out, but so far I have not had that problem.

Click to play video My tires sometimes look low in my driveway, enough that someone has pointed it out once or twice. But the engine is heavy in the front, so it is hard for me to tell. Sure enough they get a little low over time. But it costs me about $5 in quarters at the corner gas station in a race to fill all my tires before it turns off for the second time. I don't drive enough to need servicing often enough for the servicing to suffice. So before I had to spend another $5 to fill once again, I researched and bought this one to just easily fill my tires in my driveway, and keep it in the trunk in case it is found low while I'm out. And it was sure convenient to just have my own, and even took me less time in my driveway than filling at the gas station air pump. With this, I am far more likely to keep my tires filled. Low tire pressure causes uneven tire wear, and can cause the sidewall to blow out if it is really bad for a long time. The unit itself is perfect. It support dual power, so you can plug it in via extension cord at home and run around your car, or you can use the cigarette lighter adapter to power while your car is running if you are out and away from an outlet. First, set the PSI level to the tire pressure stated on your driver-side door label, which was 30 for me. Then unscrew the tire valve cap press the connector on and push the lever down to fully engage. The unit reads out to you the current tire pressure. Next just fully press the on button to hear it obviously turn on and it simply fills until it reaches the set max and after a few seconds turns itself off. Then release the lever on the hose connector to detach and put the valve cap back on. That is it. It is quite automated. The air hose and its connection is really solid, and great that you just close and open the lever to attach and release. This connection type is MUCH easier than some other tire inflators that require you to screw on (and lose some air as you unscrew to detach). The hose is long enough for any point your tire valve happens to be rotated to on your tire. If there was a drawback, it is just that you will probably need a longer extension cord to get to your car from an AC outlet, which I have handy anyway in my garage, and are cheap to buy. The only negative of the entire experience, is that my tires are quite dirty to touch so I have to be careful about what I touch, and I just throw on disposable latex-like gloves for that.

The gauge seems pretty accurate and it cuts off at the set pressure. I have a few criticisms though. It is larger than expected so it's not so easy to store in a car. Also it expects to lie flat when being used and you can't stand it on edge. Finally, the air hose is a bit short - if you have large wheels and the valve happens to be at the top you may find it won't reach. The hose does store conveniently in the base of the unit though. Pretty good on the whole though, and the AC/DC input options make it very convenient.
