I ordered these because they have a very small charging case so they'll fit in my waist pack better than my expensive set. To my surprise, they are more comfortable and longer battery life than my "good" earbuds. Sound is comparable too. Great product!

Wow! I bought these because they were on sale and my AirPods were dying. I decided I’d get a cheap pair of interim earbuds while I waited for Apple to come out with a new model. These are incredibly good earbuds . Full stop. The fact that they were $28 is amazing. The fact that several months after I bought them their app updated the firmware on them to to improve them and add even more functionality is astonishing. They have excellent noise cancellation and anwarenes mode and they sound great for music or podcasts. Excellent base. I get hours of battery life before putting them in the case and the tap functionality is actually superior to Apple. The app is very good. It lets you configure the tapping and eq, update firmware and they just added ai translation and call recording though I haven’t tried that yet. You can configure each earbud separately so I can play/pause, skip back and forward, raise and lower volume, switch noise cancellation mode and invoke Siri all by tapping. All in all I can’t recommend these highly enough. An excellent bargain for quality product with ongoing support.

I purchased the new TOZO NC9 after having used the previous model for about a year. Much of my original review applies to this upgraded model as well. For instance, these the same lightweight and comfortable fit making them easy to wear even for long periods of time. When I first purchased the original model, I was worried at first that they might fall because of the lack of a stem but I was pleasantly surprised by how secure they were. These ones, the updated model, were just as secure. The battery life is very good and I have not once had to stop using them before I was ready in order to charge them. I listen to a lot of audiobooks and videos and I am happy with the sound quality these have. The Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling does a fairly good job of blocking out unwanted sounds. When using these in the car or even on a plane, you are able to hear the music/audiobook/movie that you actually want to hear vs the sound of the road or wind. The display on the case is useful for determining when the earbuds are fully charged, but even more useful for knowing when you should charge the case itself. All in all, these earbuds are a good choice for those who want a good quality, comfortable, and secure earbud at a very good price.

I just love these wireless earbuds. I didn't realize it at the time that I ordered these, but I actually bought the same set several years ago. The old set was also great in many ways, but they were involved in a few accidents, and It was just time for a new set. This actually gives ma an advantage, when it comes to writing a review. Old versus New. I actually went with the TOZO brand, because of the original set I had. At that time, I felt they were very good quality, had a decent battery life, and the sound was very impressive, especially for the price. Move ahead a few years, and I ended up getting the same brand, which I was aware of, and the same model, which I was not aware of. In almost every category, the newer set has been greatly improved. First impressions, upon opening the package, was they were nice a compact, the storage/charging case is heavy duty enough for my pockets while working around my ranch. They fit well in my ears without having to change out the ear pieces, which come in the box. The sound quality, is were I really noticed a difference. This set has a nice clean sound with a good balance of higher and lower frequencies. These also have the Active Noise Cancellation, that do an excellent job. This is something I noticed between the older set, and the current sets in production today. I use them a lot to practice playing my drum set, and with the noise cancellation turned on, I couldn't hardly hear what I was playing, although, I could hear the music playing through the earbuds just fine. I actually had to make some adjustments, so I could hear more ambient sound. This is when the beauty of something that is new to me, from TOZO. It has and App. that can be downloaded. I also have an over hard Headset from TOZO, that works with the same App. The best way I can describe the App, is that it gives you tons of options, and almost endless ways to customize the sound I want. I found all the perfect settings, that were already pre-installed on the App. If a person wants more options, there are ways to make your own settings. There are very few limits. The connection to a phone, or other bluetooth device is very simple and worked on the the first try. I first paired it to my iPhone, in the system settings. After that, everything works automatically. When I opened the App, to add the earbuds, it immediately found them, and took care of everything else. The controls for volume, playing the next song, turning the Active Noise Cancelation on and off, answering phone calls, etc. are very easy to use. Of course, the phone, or other device its paired with, can do those functions, however, they can also be done by either tapping or long touching the side of the earbuds. Each side performs different functions. The battery life is something else that seems to have been improved. Compared to the old set, from years ago, these seem to last a very long time. When you put them back into the case, they start recharging immediately, and the screen on the case, shows the battery level of the case's battery, and each earbud battery level individually. This is a really nice feature and improvement over the older version. it just had 4 LED lights, that gave a general idea of what was going on. There is one reason that I did not give a 5 star rating. There is a feature missing on the new version, that I really enjoyed on the older version. That is wireless charging of the case battery. I didn't even know my old set had that feature, until I set it on my wireless phone charging pad. It started charging. In my opinion, that is an awesome feature, especially when it's a small case, and a cord can pretty easily pull the case off a desk, table, or similar. I tried the current version on the wireless charging pad, and nothing happened. I tried it on every side, and multiple times. I also checked the manual, and there was no mention of wireless charging. With that said, they do charge pretty quickly with a cord, and I don't have to do it very often. In conclusion, If You are looking for a great set of earbuds, that sound great, and have many features, that those that cost a lot more, may not have, I definitely recommend these.

Fino ad oggi ho sempre usato le Airbily ma con queste mi trovo molto molto meglio. Comode nelle orecchie si sentono molto bene e attraverso la app sul telefonino posso modificare diverse impostazioni del suono. Durano anche molto e l'astuccio/ricarica è piccolo quindi comodo da portarsi dietro ed ha un display utile per sapere quanta ricarica ha ancora.

Die Bluetooth Verbindung ist stabil und funktioniert gut.

Very good sound , powerfull bass , battery life way longer than my previous T10 Tozo version. I like the fact that they fit perfectly in my ears and do not fall when I go to gym and work different sort of exercises. Another good thing you can charge this earphones two options : classic with a wired charger or using a wireless one. Both ways the charging time to 100% is more than decent. They connect easily , no hickups , good range. Conclusion : if you want good quality earphones at a affordable price and don't want to pay loads well then , this model/brand is a very good option.

These are the second pair of Tozo ear buds we bought. The quality is very good as these are noise cancelling and adjustable. They are used everyday all day. The charge lasts a long time. After a month the left ear bud stopped workingand we wrote to customer service reply was quick and efficient. They did not hesitate to send us a replacement. We should get it within 15 days.
