When it comes to ordering items based on listing pictures instead of descriptions, I'm a repeat offender. The truth is that when I read measurements, my brain simply does not conceive of what that looks like - even with a ruler. I really rely on images when deciding to place an order and that leads to mixed results. In this case, I expected the cooling racks to be much larger due to the image where product is photoshopped into an image. Specifically, the one with oven mitts holding racks by oven. Is that my error or the seller listing? I don't know but it was irrational to think I was ordering cooking racks at this low a price point for standard size cooking racks. These will be used as drying racks when I'm working with pressed flowers and other scrapbooking tasks. That's if I don't use as a rack to cool desserts for the relative with many allergies. His is made separately and baked separately. May as well cool separately, too! The strong, quality metal (not that dinky pseudo-metal that sometimes arrives) racks work; just know that they're much smaller than suggested in listing photos.

LOL yet again I need to really look at the measurements of some of the items I buy. This is a cookie/cooling rack and when I got it - it was slightly too small for what I was looking for. It’s half the size of a standard cookie sheet. I wanted to use this for cooling my cookies, or for putting fried chicken on to cool but allow air under it to have it stay crisp. But oh well. It does what I need it to. It has feet on the bottom of the cooling rack. Whip is fine, and will do what I need when I fry chicken to ensure when I’m cooking - the chicken stays crisp and doesn’t get all soggy cause it’s sitting on a paper towel. I can also still fit it on my regular cookie sheet and use it for what I need. If you’re looking for 1 big cooling rack, this is 2 smaller ones. But will still - like I said work.

We laughed at first. Initially they seemed a bit small, guess we should have paid attention to the dimensions. BUT then we began to see the beauty of them. Living in an RV space is seriously limited and any item that can serve multiple uses is invaluable. First off they nest nicely one stacked on the other. That aside we did some serious brain storming on use. Not only will these two racks handle our cooling of bake goods needs, should be able to accommodate a tray of cookies with no issue, BUT they will fit in our baking pan for meatloaf no cooking out of the grease. AND they fit perfectly in the bottom of the sink for washing vegetable and produce with out worry of stuff going down the drain. The stainless steel construction is a plus with it being rust resistant.

I needed a small cooling rack since I only bake in small amounts (baking for 2) and I did not want the rack to take up too much space. I got the 8.75"x6.25", which is perfect for my needs. At some point when I start baking for more, I will get a larger cooling rack, but this is great for when I only bake a few cookies and it even fits a small loaf of bread, at the same time not taking up too much counter space. The steel is sturdy and easy to clean, I have not noticed any rust or stains. The price is not bad as you get two small cooling racks.

These cute little cooling racks are just as advertised. They're nice and sturdy, and fit easily on my quarter sheet baking pans and my toaster oven tray. But since they're a but smaller, they will slide around. These would be great for cooling a single cookie/pastry after hearing it up. I also use it to cure salmon that i make for sushi.

When I got the notification that this item was delivered to my mailbox, I was confused. I thought, surely these baking/cooling racks didn't fit in my mailbox? They did. They are extremely tiny. Pay attention to the picture of the two muffins, because that's about all that will fit on one. To be fair, like others who have reviewed, I should have paid more attention to the size. The make of them is nice and I will use them for cooling small baked goods. They do offer larger sizes as well.

I ordered this set of cooling racks for my daughter. They're well made, sturdy, and exactly as described — but we should have paid closer attention to the dimensions in the listing. They’re quite a bit smaller than your typical cooling rack. But, that's entirely on us. They’ll still work just fine, especially for smaller batches, but if you're planning to use them for larger batches of baked goods, just be sure the size is going to work for your needs. Otherwise, they seem durable enough and should be easy enough to clean.
