I bought this during one of the very small windows Woot was selling it refurbished for $284.99. I was always hoping to get the best, Teeter, without having to spend $450+ ... it took some time to ship but I just left the order alone and it eventually did. Works great, appears new. My biggest concern with these inversion tables were the sporadic reviews of some other brands of the welds breaking and I didn't want to take that chance on something where you are hanging upside down, I wanted the best. The hard plastic surface makes it easier to slide versus brands where you are laying on a pad where you sink in, but it's quite comfortable, easy to invert when you set the unit to the right adjustment, and it folds and is somewhat easy to disassemble into 2 or 3 pieces if you need to move it. The extra bells and whistles over their lower end models are nice. It clamps in securely and seems like it will last a long time. Plus, it works. It's not a miracle cure... if you still spend hours watching TV on a recliner where your back is on a curved position bulging the discs and don't improve your bad behaviors you will probably still have sciatica pain, but it does an effective job relieving pain. It's far better than behavior modification alone.

I purchased the Teeter FitSpine X3 table on November 8, 2021. It arrived on November 15, two days ahead of schedule. The shipping box was in good condition and table itself had no missing parts and no damage. It was easy to assemble and I used it for the first time that day. I've had it now for just over 7 weeks and I am very pleased with my purchase and the results I am having. I had contact with customer support at Teeter during the first week of ownership and found them to be exceptionally responsive and helpful. Thank you very much, Sadie, for your help! The FitSpine X3 is well built and feels secure and sturdy during use. I checked with my chiropractor before making a decision to purchase an inversion table. Based on feedback he had received from several of his patients, he recommended getting a Teeter. He commented on the quality of their product and suggested, "They are worth the cost." I can say now with confidence that I totally agree with him. During the process of making a decision I read reviews and product information and watched several of the videos produced by Teeter. I came across the recommendations from Teeter to: 1) start slow, ie for a short period and moderate degree of inversion; and 2) that 2-3 shorter periods of inversion tend to be more effective than one long session. I have followed both suggestions and have had positive results. My low back pain isn't gone, but it is greatly relieved. I try to do 3 sessions per day for 4 minutes and find relief each time. I am sleeping better and also have greater flexibility. I combine use of the Teeter with other stretches and some mild yoga and this has been a good and effective approach for me.

UPDATE: I’ve now used this inversion table for over 30 days and am completely pain free and back to walking 3 miles a day. I’ve used this for about 3 weeks now, I wanted to wait a month before I did my review but there is no need to wait, I already know how well it works. I’ve had disk problems for a few years, when I first started having issues I ignored it until I had no choice but emergency surgery. When my symptoms started again I knew I could not ignore it this time so I ordered the Teeter X3 model. It was shipped very quickly and because I’m not far from where they ship from, it only took a couple of days. The table arrived and because it’s heavy, the box was showing signs of stress. However, it was very well packaged and strapped so there was absolutely no damage to to table. The CD they include for assembly instructions did not work and the BILT app they suggest is a waste of time, it doesn’t work any time I’ve tried to use it. The printed instructions were very easy to follow and there really isn’t that much to assemble anyway so I had it completed within 30 minutes without any issues. I started using it 3 times a day at only 10% inversion for about 2 to 3 minutes a session. I then gradually increased to now I do 5 minutes at 45 degree inversion 2 or 3 times a day. I only use this when someone is in the house, I feel it’s a good precaution just in case you need help for any reason. Now my symptoms are about 98% gone, I’m back to walking every day and I’m up to over a mile and a half. When I got the Teeter, I couldn’t walk a quarter mile. Inversion decompression works! If you have disk problems like I do, you should try this, it could change your life. I purchased the X3 model and I’m very glad I made that choice, having the ankle release up higher is definitely the option well worth having. Picture yourself reaching all the way down to your ankles after being inverted for 5 minutes! Plus having the longer bars are very helpful getting back up. When I use it I can feel myself stretching and the smooth table is perfect for that, I don’t think a padded table would work as well for that reason. I had to email Teeter customer service about an issue I had right after it shipped but before I received it and they were absolutely the best to deal with. They handled my issue fast and better than I could have hoped for. Definitely a class act company to deal with.

This works very well. I fractured several vertebrae years ago and have lower back issues. I had another brand for 20 years and needed to update. This is very comfortable and easy to use. Easy to adjust to the proper length in order to get smooth inversion. Stretches the spine and allows fluid to reach between vertebrae joints as well as hip, knee and ankle joints. Without it my back would be in constant pain but using it 3 minutes per day works wonders.

I've been nurse 20+yrs. Co-workers have raved about this over the yrs. I bought a cheaper one first, it was dangerous & I shot it out.
