My son has a large bar in his new home. He frequently has guests who ask often for different cocktails. He likes this book because he can use it like a cocktail encyclopedia. The book is full of interesting and unique recipes with easy to follow and clear instructions on how to make a specific drink. Good purchase

I originally bought this to display for looks at my wet bar, but once I got to looking at the drinks I quickly was able to pick out a few I wanted to try. As someone who has never measured things before, it’s handy to know the correct portions for specific drinks. The recipes are sorted by liquors and each one has a good number of options to select from.

I gave this to my sister and brother in law in their gift basket with other goodies and they absolutely loved it. Made a few of the drinks from it that night!! Great gift

I ordered this book for my bar cart. I love how it accessorizes my decor perfectly. The recipes inside were an added bonus.

I purchased this for my brother who likes to host parties at his home. He doesn’t drink alcohol, so I needed a book that had mock tails in it which this one does have it gives you great ideas so that way you can tweak the recipes to your own liking after understanding the difference and the ingredients and their purpose. Overall, it has some pretty good recipes to start off with that are pretty easy and then goes into other recipes that take more time for the more experienced pallet.

This compendium of the most celebrated and esoteric cocktails is sure to become a favorite and possibly an heirloom. Beautifully bound and fun to peruse. All the basics explained plus some history and easy instructions. Colorful layout. Also an excellent section on mocktails that rival the cocktails. A great coffee table and cocktail table book.

I bought this as a game gift but have one of my own. I like how the book is laid out by alcohol type, makes it easy to find different options. Very happy, recommend this book

Bought it as a present for a friend and it’s a good one. Lots of recipes that are fairly simple to make. Most do require some tools for mixology and sometimes require certain hard to get ingredients, but overall satisfied.

This is a handy dandy book to have! If you would like to make an alcoholic beverage and not sure what to make you can just flip to a page and make one of the many recipes offered in this book. There are also some recipes that are different if you’re looking to try something new new. Also the recipes are broken up by alcoholic bases so if you’re looking for a bev with a vodka base you can just flip to those pages (you can refer to my picture to better understand what I’m trying to say :) The recipes are very easy to follow, definitely beginner friendly
