As a mom of many kids and homeschooling mom. I love that Tara's books are set up to create conversations if done together. Yet they are a great independent study for a older or stronger reading child. Was excited to see she released something for the next age group our kids are going into. This book has more than the one we have Kids Devotional by Tara. However it's not so much that it become overwhelming or not cultivate a good experience in learning. Has a great wrap up for what was learned through the week(seven day roundup), and each day is set up in a manageable section of scripture a zoom in with a verse or two from section reading, and taras coined God shot to wrap up the reading for a day. Excited to see what God will teach our kids and us as parents through conversations. Our kids aren't the strongest readers yet so we have decided to do as a family.

This is a great book to guide you in a daily year long Bible reading plan. It gives short daily chapters to read and then gives a breakdown of this passages you’ve read. Highly recommend!

We are really enjoying this book and it allows us to include the little kids in our daily bible discussions too. It's not too difficult to understand, but it also doesn't dumb down the information. Very happy with this!

Play Video I’m almost finished reading through the adult version of The Bible Recap and I love it. So when I saw The Bible Recap for Kids coming out I knew I needed to preorder it. It just came out today so obviously I cannot speak to all of the content, but from what I’ve seen I love it already. The length of each recap seems manageable and I really love the 7 day round up at the end of each week. I can’t wait to start reading this with my kids. I hope they get as much out of it as I did reading through The Bible Recap!
