I started reading last night and had a hard time putting the book down. This book speaks to me as I believe it would anyone in so many ways. I highly recommend it to each and everyone and not just for men. Possibly for the women in their lives to help understand what their men are actually dealing with in life. Your books are helping me become a better man for my family and even more importantly for myself. Thank you!!!

I purchased this book on Audible so that I could listen closely to the heart of Mr. Wilson as I glean the wisdom needed to truly love my father, sons, grandson, nephews, cousins, and most importantly my future husband (and all of the men that I am graced to have in my life directly linked to both of us). I am being strengthened as a helper. Therefore, I need to become the woman that the moment demands for them to be all that they can be. It has been so hard to stop listening, but listening I must do. Like the men reading this book, I am choosing to do the work too so that I can empathize, sympathize, champion, and ultimately understand. My first challenge… I have to listen and provide him rest when he says that he is tired (Chapter 1). I’m surrendered to learning, to listening, to love him well. This book is essential to do just that.

After reading this amazing find, by far this book The man the moment demands is a more direct reflection or deto Black male conscience. Then the book In the way is of the Superior man. In my opinion after I have read of those tools to add to my own personal toolbox of knowledge. I thank you Sir

I've listened to all of Mr. Wilson's work, this one included. Most important book in my life in recent memory and came at the absolute perfect time. Highly recommend to all men out there young and old. Time for men to evolve into more than just protectors and providers and Mr. Wilson lays out a perfect plan on how to do so.
