I’ve been using The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution every night for just over a week, and the results have been surprisingly noticeable. My skin had been feeling a bit rough and dull, especially around my chin and forehead, and this toner made a visible difference. Application & Feel: It’s a watery formula, slightly thicker than regular toners, and very easy to apply with a cotton pad. It doesn’t sting much on my skin — just a very mild tingle, which lets me know it’s working. What to Watch Out For: This is stronger than it seems, so if you’re new to acids, start every other night. Packaging: It comes in a generous 240ml bottle with a twist cap and an optional nozzle applicator, which makes it easy to dispense the right amount. Very hygienic and mess-free.

Este ácido glicólico ha sido un cambio total en mi rutina de cuidado facial. Desde la primera semana noté mi piel mucho más suave, con un brillo natural y un tono más uniforme. I wanted products that worked on aging, sensitive skin and The Ordinary is my answer. I'm older and tired of spending $75+ on a tiny amount of serum with minimal results. Have been very pleased with The Ordinary's whole product line and able to affordably target my problem areas, such as rough skin, sun damage, exfoliation, wrinkles and more. This product is something I use about twice weekly on my sensitive skin, I see brightening and improvement every week! Nice to have a product that does what it says it will do!

Love love love glycolic acid & this specific one from The Ordinary is so affordable! Helps my dandruff, smelly pits, hyperpigmentation, ingrown hairs, etc. Gives a nice refreshing feeling that’s cool to the skin like witch hazel! The smell isn’t strong which I appreciate cause as I get older I’ve been getting more sensitive and nắp is when it comes to strong smells especially if they’re chemicals and not natural like essential oils or something. I think everyone could benefit from having a bottle of this around :)

Purchased this because I started to get a few little bumps on my upper arms. Never had those before. After reading up, I ordered this product to exfoliate upper arms. There was no sting when applying, fragrance free, and doesn’t seem to dry out the skin. I did not do a skin patch test, but there is no irritation. Will continue to use and see if it helps. The only con is when it arrived the product box was very damaged and not sealed. I had to make sure this wasn’t used. Luckily the product comes with a seal. Amazon shipped in a bag, not a box. Hence, the very damaged box.

I bought this for Keratosis Pilaris. While it doesn't appear to do much on that front after using for a few months - maybe some bump reduction, not much in the way of reducing/preventing redness on my arms - it does seem to reduce redness on my face more quickly than if I didn't use it on red spots. It's not a miracle product for me, but I do like it and will keep using it to reduce redness on my face.

Veo mucha confusión en cuanto a la autenticidad del producto. Así que voy a dar mi opinión con base en eso y no a los resultados porque apenas me llegó ayer. Lo pedí con mucha inseguridad ya que en muchos comentarios se menciona que es falso principalmente por el código azul que tienen las botellas de The Ordinary. Pero ayer que me llegó investigué en YouTube y en blogs en línea. La caja debe de ser de un material que se siente aterciopelado al tacto y el blanco es un blanco mate muy suave, y de un cartón más duro que por ejemplo una cartulina, la línea gris de la caja y de la botella son de un gris brillante pero igual aterciopelado. El código azul ya no es un indicio, ya que según algunas chicas que compran estos productos constantemente mencionan que The Ordinary cambia sus empaques después de cierto tiempo y el código de serie puede venir tanto en azul como en negro y en diferentes posiciones, lógicamente porque la producción se tiene que ir renovando. Uno se da cuenta en la tipología de la letra que de hecho no debe ser irregular en ciertas partes de la caja. Es decir uno ve cuando las letras están chuecas o barridas de ahí uno se da cuenta inmediatamente. El que me llegó ayer incluso tiene una etiqueta que fue distribuido por Sephora México que hasta donde sé es la principal en traer a México la marca. Así que si me lo preguntan no hagan mucho caso a esas reseñas de que si el código azul y el código de barras está en otra posición etc. Porque lo repito The Ordinary no se queda con un solo diseño por más de un año pero hay patrones que claramente pueden ayudar a decir si es original o no como por ejemplo lo aterciopelado de la caja blanca. Así que por ahora puedo decir que si es original o al menos eso es lo que se ve, huele y se siente. En cuanto use el producto más tiempo ya daré mi opinión si funciona o no. Saludos
