This kit was great for my daughter. She’s been wanting to crochet for years now and we found these and fell in love! She is 11 and was able to make Bjørn in about 3 days. We were traveling so she could not complete it faster. Total she completed it in about a day or so. I will say, sometimes the videos are vague or they are too detailed. At the start she figured the single crochet and all that stuff out fairly quickly but she was annoyed because once she understood it she just wanted them to move along. Either way this kit was worthwhile and so much fun for her! It is a medium size, so not very big but that mostly depends on how you make it and how you stuff it. The instructions are great and like I said, are detailed! The design is so cute and it’s perfect for a little desk or room decoration! It’s very durable so you can give it to pets if you would like. 10/10 product, will be buying from woobles again!

I had no idea how to crochet before getting this kit. I had tried several knock off kits, but couldn’t figure them out. Woobles made it really easy to learn with their very detailed videos. I appreciated that the videos were divided into lots of short clips instead of one long video. That way you could easily rewatch the clip or skip ahead. I was able to make the narwhal in a few hours with zero prior experience. I learned all of the basics of crocheting and have since gone on to complete several of the knock off kits that had previously stumped me. I highly recommend a woobles kit for absolute beginners. It’s worth the price for the instruction, but once you’ve learned, they’re way too expensive to ever buy another one.

I've never ever crocheted in my life, and I managed to make this cute little narwhal in one day thanks to this set. The set came with everything and they was plenty of yarn and stuffing so I never worked about running out. I didn't have a problem with the yarn splitting even though I made mistakes, which I read online is due to special yarn used by this company that is geared towards beginners. The best part of this set are the included tutorial videos. They are SO detailed and high quality that someone who has never even held a crochet needle before could make this in one day. I plan to buy more Woobles kits in the future because the designs are so cute. Sure, maybe the material would be cheaper to buy separately but I don't know what I'm doing and the videos are absolutely worth the price. This is clearly a beginner level kit since I'm a complete newbie and could do it but probably also not the best for younger children since it contains several fiddly bits up make and add on. But for an adult, totally doable!

I made a Narwhal! I honestly had little faith in myself when I started out on this endeavor, as I don't know how to crochet and am not the most crafty person. However, I now feel much more confident in learning additional crochet skills and plan to continue crocheting. If I had to do it all over again, I would, but there are some cons to this product that could be improved upon. That being said, I will not be purchasing another product, as I feel like I can find the same content on YouTube for free and save money. Pros: * Great yarn included for beginners to learn with. * Everything is included that you would need to finish the project. Cons: * Videos are sometimes unclear, so you may have to research for yourself. I found the Woobles Facebook group very helpful when I was struggling at the end. Definitely join the group! * Pricing: It's a little spendy, but I understand you're paying for the learning content and not just physical materials. If they improve their videos where there are known problems, this would justify the price more.

Aside from my kids, this is the cutest thing I’ve ever made. The videos are good but in the later sections they feel very unclear, especially for a newbie. I’d like to have my hand held every step of the way because I got very frustrated at times and wanted to quit. I also found the magic loop technique to be easier than the circle trick with the slip knot. Regardless, this was nice and I’m glad I tried it. I ordered the elephant from their website so we’ll see how that goes.

Ok first off great package idea. Though not aired to all lesser or normal talent levels. If you kid is ok with reading a picture instructions then good to go. Now the kicker is if they don’t have patience it’s game over. So be mindful on the skill level they have a few different options. But you might need to stupid vise instructions are not always direct to the point clear. Overall a great gift for an interesting project for a follower of characters
