First off, before buying this kit I had absolutely no prior crocheting knowledge. The videos taught me all the basics I needed to know. I’m the type of person who can pick things up quickly but need to have the basics broken down in a visual way before I can take off with it. I had initially just went to the craft store and bought the tools Google told me I needed and went to YouTube to figure it out. I was frustrated by the videos I had watched and was about to give up on it entirely. My last ditch effort was picking up this cute little dinosaur kit. I finished the piece in less than a day and had the knowledge from there to read basic stuffed animal patterns and really understand it on my own. This is the best possible thing to give to a beginner at crocheting - and the dinosaur you have at the end is adorable!

I have done one beginner Woobles and it was an awesome experience. I had received two of The Crochet Box and it was not easy to follow at all-returned it. I am 100% a beginner-I don’t know how to crochet, knit, hold a needle, anything. I was able to follow the instructions and found it incredibly user friendly. I made some mistakes along the way but that is to be expected. I really enjoyed this and have already purchased two more to make. I highly recommend! ☺️

I've been wanting to learn how to crochet for some time now and finally took the plunge. I haven't completed my little dinosaur yet but I'm about 1/3 of the way there and I have to say - this product made it super easy. I love the videos as they are very detailed and at a comfortable pace. The package comes with everything you need and nothing felt cheaply sourced. If you're on the fence about trying this out, I say definitely give it a try. And this is coming from someone who had ZERO idea on crocheting before starting this.
