This is the best massage gun I’ve seen. Its unique triangular shape makes it possible and even easy to use it yourself on your back and not need any help. It’s better than the regular gun shaped massagers. It’s rechargeable and has 3 speeds and comes with 3 attachment heads. Worth the money and will last longer than any cheap $30-$40 gun.

Click to play video I recently started using the Theragun Relief by Therabody, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for my wellness routine. This product is a true powerhouse for anyone looking to relieve muscle tension, recover after workouts, or simply unwind after a long day. One of the standout features is the three-speed settings, which allow you to customize the intensity to suit your needs. Whether you want a gentle massage or a deep-tissue experience, this device delivers. The three included attachments are another excellent touch, each designed to target different areas of the body effectively. I particularly love how easy it is to switch between them. The design is sleek and ergonomic, making it comfortable to hold during extended use. Plus, it’s impressively quiet compared to other massage guns I’ve tried. I also like placing it in my living room to be available for guest use. My family loves using this when they come visit. Since incorporating the Theragun Relief into my routine, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in soreness and tension, and it’s become an essential part of my recovery process. If you’re considering investing in a high-quality massage gun, I can’t recommend this one enough. It’s worth every penny!

The Theragun with multiple speeds offers excellent versatility for targeted muscle relief and recovery. The varying speed options allow for a customized massage experience, whether you need a gentle relaxation or a deeper, more intense massage. The device is easy to handle and lightweight, making it convenient to use on different muscle groups. The multiple speed settings provide control over the intensity, which is great for personal comfort and effectiveness. Overall, it’s a powerful, user-friendly tool that helps ease muscle tension and promote recovery with customizable options.

I thought this was going to be a bust until I tried it out on me and my spouse. It actually works very well as it works out kinks and relieves and relaxes your muscles. Good for sore and achy areas on your back, legs, hips. Multiple heads need to be experimented with to see which one works best for you and particular body part. I like the rechargeable battery feature, and it hold the charge for a long time. The gun shape handle can be held in different methods to reach your body part as needed. The speeds are adjustable, but I find the lower speed works the best for me. Makes a good gift for those hard-to-find gift people.

Based on my research and first-hand experience with percussive massage guns, it seems the Theragun's best feature is its "heads"; Theragun provides you with three very high quality interchangeable heads that all have various degrees of size and damping and just feel good. Other massage guns give you one "rubber ball" head and a few hard plastic heads. To me, this is about the only REAL true advantage of going with this brand massager. For the money, stall force is very weak. Amplitude is also sub-optimal for my intended uses, and falls short of the agreed upon 12mm minimum standard for "deep tissue" massage. I like the overall look and feel and UX of this product, however. Its sturdy, easy to use and elegantly executed. It charged just fine using any/all USB Type C chargers I had around the house, PD or otherwise. The included cards are of ... some(?) use to help illustrate how to use the device, but mostly they're an extension of the very ambitious packaging which does NOT provide any value to the overall device itself. They reinforce the feeling (italic) that you bought the right (italic again) product. If you want more bang for your buck, check out the Ekrin or other devices. If you want something that's socially acceptable and "good" without having to do any research, and will indeed work, get one of these and enjoy it for what it is. Just know that this is not for athletic-type use as the stall force and amplitude do NOT measure up, and I'm not exactly a big guy. Finally, it is very lightweight, which is great. All in all this is geared at a different audience and some people may be delighted to have it.

Great massage gun, especially for beginners! Or if you are looking to relax and self care!! Easy to use, 3 style options, 3 speeds, easy to hold, great design handle! I bought Thera because I know they are a great quality product however, you could find a good massage gun for $100 less. Also, I still need to use a lacrosse ball to get deeper into muscle knots and a foam roller (but I train 7 days a week)!

This is our first percussion massager and we love it. I can use it by myself nearly on any muscle area because of the 3 convenient handles, or a family member can easily apply it. The 3 settings so far are plenty for me. The cost of this is just slightly more than an hour long massage where we live, and this was worth every penny spent on it. Over the years we have bought many massagers, some good and some not good. This one is really, really great. I can't say enough good things about it. The 3 tips allow it to be gentle over a wider area, medium strength over a somewhat smaller area, and then intense over a smaller trigger point area. Love this and wish we had bought it years ago. I am using it on everything from trigger points in the neck area to large muscles like the quadriceps. My feet adore it. Highly recommend.

I really needed one of these to dig deep into my tissues and it does a superb job. Has three settings and three different heads for various uses, all of them are an assertive kind of massage but that’s what I was going for. It’s compact, not too heavy, rather quiet, and holds its battery.
