Hilarious book, great for Mother’s Day. Also has some pages for dad’s too.

This was so funny and was great to give to an expecting mother that I know. Will definitely repurchase when getting presents for baby showers from now on.

I got this book for my mom for Mother’s Day and she absolutely loved it! I ended up writing in my own little comments with a pen to make it personalized. My mom shows it to every visitor she gets and cannot stop saying how much it was her favorite Mother’s Day present! I would absolutely recommend getting the book and letting your mom know (in a fun and light hearted way) that they are a good parent and their efforts do not go unnoticed.

Very funny book, I ordered for myself after seeing it online but I think I'll add this into any future baby gifts for friends as well.

The funniest book to give a nervous new mom to remind her she’s doing a great job.

Absolutely a must have for new moms!! I’ve already bought three as gifts. The illustrations are adorable, and the message is priceless!! We moms are so hard on ourselves, and this book helps us laugh some of it off a little bit. There are a couple of perfectly placed curse words if you or the mom in your life is sensitive, just as a warning. For me, it just made it that much funnier. Kudos to the author on this one. I foresee buying many more copies in the future (I’m a midwife, so I have PLENTY of opportunity to share this excellent message)!!

Definitely didn’t get what I ordered. First off it wasn’t a hardcover. And then it’s not even the book! It’s a book on camping and even that text is cut-off. I don’t know what Amour Books is pulling but that was actually my second experience with them and the book never arrived. This is actually the first book from a third party seller to arrive out of around 5 orders of different books in the last year. Funny since Amazon started with books, but definitely go to a retail store. But back to the book itself, since I was able to get this in a store. I wanted it for my mom for Mother’s Day as my family likes to gift goofy books. This book is definitely geared towards new moms so much better suited for a baby shower gift. Rather than “hey you did alright” it’s a “don’t worry you’re going to be great” message. Definitely funny and do recommend for the right occasion. I might just hold on to this until the next time I have a friend get pregnant instead of giving it my originally intended recipient. Oh well.

This book is a hilarious and light hearted book aimed at making parents feel reassured they are doing ok at parenting by exploring the habits of animals and how they treat their young. Comparatively the parent realises they are a better parent. It had us both laughing at the content.

was kind of nervous gifting this to my mom, as i didn’t want her to take it as me calling her a bad mom lol. but she loved it !! funny rhymes and a sweet ending. i highly recommend.

Informativ und zugleich echt witzig. Tolle Illustrationen! Für Mamas (und Papas), die das Gefühl haben, ihrem Nachwuchs nicht gerecht zu werden und als Eltern zu versagen. Baut humorvoll das erschöpfte Selbstwertgefühl wieder auf. Englischkenntnisse sind allerdings Voraussetzung ;)
