I've always struggled with overcooking meat, which usually left it dry and tough. After getting the ThermoPro TP19H digital thermometer, that problem is gone! Now my chicken, steak, and fish turn out juicy and perfectly cooked every time. A few things I really like: *Fast & accurate readings - no waiting around, it gives me the temp almost instantly *Backlit display - Super helpful, though I wish it stayed on a little longer *Auto-off feature - Turns off when laid down, so no worrying about draining the battery *Built-in magnet - I keep it on the fridge, so it's always within reach Overall, it's a solid thermometer that makes cooking way easier. If you're tired of guessing and ruining good meet, this is worth it!

This is probably the best instant thermometer that I have had. I love thermopro and I love what they stand for they make quality products are not only easy to use. But they're cheap, and the temperature fluctuation that can happen is very minimal. I have dropped it a few times and it has held Up do the test of time? I love the color scheme, as in your junk drawer. You're always able to find it. It's very durable, the LCD screen. You can easily read and it prompts you very, very quickly with a reading. If you're out late at night barbecue queuing, it does have A Backlight, that you can hit so that it you can see what the temperature is on your tomahawk steak

I think this is the one that the others are all trying to copy. This thermometer is easy to just open and use. The temperatures in the display adjust in real time. I love that the display flips automatically, whenever you need it to. One of my favorite features on this is that it has magnets on the back that are strong enough to keep it solidly in the fridge. Those are covered with rubber, nonslip pads to both keep it in place and keep it from scratching things. Don't play the Amazon/China roulette, just buy this one and be done.

Decided to do some more cooking and picked this up for when I cook some chicken. Overall construction is very solid and doesn't feel like a cheap piece of electronic. Smooth action on the swing out needle and temp readings seem accurate. I like how it includes a standard battery (AAA) which is also included. I hate when they use the CR type batteries which cost as much as the device itself. The battery cover is screwed in to help keep it from coming off or losing it. It actually comes with a small screwdriver to make installation quick. The auto rotating display and power saving features also work great and implemented perfectly.

This thermometer is awesome. I didn't think a nice meat thermometer could be something that I needed so badly, but this one proved that I did! Build Quality: Super well built and solid. The only downside is that it is pretty large, and is hard to navigate if you're trying to measure something in a toaster oven, for example. Functionality: This thermometer is super accurate and super fast. It reads most temps within a few seconds and reads them accurately. The light for the screen is great and makes the already large font even more readable. I do wish the light would stay on for longer before turning off, though. If I'm measuring a few different things the light will time out, and I have to hit the "light" button to have it turn on again. It's a small price to pay for all the upsides though. There's also a magnet on the backside of the unit that lets you stick it to a fridge, knife holder, etc!

Gives temperature quickly. it is well made and has a magnet on the back so you can keep it handy on the side of the fridge. I like that the digital display is lit up. it takes 2 AAA batteries which are included and easily replaced. Since getting this handy dandy thermometer, all the meat I cook in the air fryer or on the stovetop is done to perfection.

Works great and accurate temperature. Perfect for bbq. I use it when I bbq. Think it’s worth the money so you don’t over cook the steak. Easy to use.

Wanted the comfort and assurance that the internal temperature of all meats had reached the recommended level for safe consumption. The ThermoPro is easy to use and quick to affirm safe temperatures. The screen is clear with large numbers. Readings seem to be almost instant. The price was an incredible bargain for the features. I would highly recommend it. I reduced the accuracy rating to 4 stars given that I can be unequivocal about the precision but given my experience with other thermometers over many years the numbers were certainly reasonable.
