I absolutely love my new chainsaw! From the moment I fired it up, I knew this was a serious piece of equipment. The cutting ability is remarkable - it slices through crepe myrtles like it's butter, making quick work of even the thickest ones in my backyard. Great product for a small, one-handed chainsaw, and TieToc has awesome Customer Service! This little beauty works as expected and is extremely easy to use. The battery lasts a LONNNNG time and delivers more than enough power to cut through 3” branches with ease. I did initially have a problem with oil leaking out of the reservoir cap, but after emailing with customer service, they 100% corrected the issue. This is the perfect size tool to have in your kit for tackling small cutting jobs….soooo much easier than getting out the big Stihl for small jobs! Get one! You won’t regret it.

This chain saw is amazing and definitely worth the price. I have used it on several occasions cutting down small trees limbs and two small trees. Has no problem and has alot of power. Very easy to use and clean. Would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great hand chain saw to cut down some small to medium size tree limbs.

Have only used it twice so far, but it has worked great! The battery is long lasting I am still using the same battery both times I used it and still have 2 lights on battery it very easy to use not to heavy. The only thing I would like if it wasn’t so loud, but it definitely is a great deal and affordable! I would definitely buy Again!

Best Secret Purchase Ever – My Husband is Clueless Let me set the scene: My husband doesn’t let me use his tools (rude), and he doesn’t approve of the projects I come up with (also rude). So, naturally, I did what any independent, intelligent, thrill seeking woman would do—I bought my own mini chainsaw and had my neighbor teach me how to use it while my husband was at work. Have yet to use this saw-- but it seems sturdy and quite adequate for pruning and light wood cutting. I have "played" around with it though, as I am apt to do with "new toys"; and thought that I would share some things. Although you receive an additional "chain" with the saw, you may want to have a few others depending upon your intended frequency of use. The chain is a 1/4" pitch, 0.043 gauge, 6" in length, AND HAS 36 LINKS. Upon looking for additional 6" chains I kept coming up with 6" chains having these parameters-- BUT with 37 LINKS! I don't know if one additional link is important but BOTH chains that you receive are 36 Link chains, so I looked for only 36 linked chains and found a few.. Speaking of chains-- I removed mine from the saw and reinstalled it. It really isn't that difficult, especially IF YOU HAVE 3 HANDS! I found that every time I got the chain on the bar and tried to replace the cover while making sure that the "tension adjustment "pin" was seated and the locking screw was in place, the "spring loaded chain guard' was in the way!! After several frustrating attempts to "get everything aligned" , I got a "rubber band" and wrapped it around the chain guard and the "Chain Oil cap" to keep the guard out of the way-- and everything then "popped into place" as it is supposed to do-- I have added a few "rubber bands" to parts arsenal of the kit for the future. Another thing-- don't tighten the "cover" over the chain bar sprocket just yet-- leave it "loosely attached" then use the "tensioning screw to tighten the chain on the bar-- THEN tighten the cover to the saw with the big knob. If you tighten the cover first then the tension screw can't move the bar and tighten the chain on to the bar.
