This was delivered on May 16th. We used amazon delivery that included setup and haul off of our old Pit Boss (which was a piece of junk). The delivery guys were amazing and did a fantastic job and were so friendly. My husband has used it several times in the last 9 days to make ribs and chicken and he is so happy. Everything has turned out amazing! The WiFi feature is great and he loves that he can monitor temps, etc from his phone app. This is so much better than our Pit Boss and was only $250 more! Well worth the money. We hope to get many years of use out of this and will never get a Pit Boss again.

Click to play video This is the smoker that you want. You must absolutely get the pro version or even the elite. The super smoke option is they must have. The bottom version does not have super smoke and does not smoke enough. I watched many YouTube reviews about this. I had originally ordered that one and luckily I was able to cancel it and order this pro version. I highly recommend buying all of the Traeger accessories although they’re very expensive. They are very high-quality very durable all very heavy. Definitely going to last. They also look nice with the grill. I highly recommend getting the front table. It adds a lot of space and to me feels weird that there is not One there to begin with. I believe they should include this with the grill. At any rate, this gets five stars hands-down the flavor is amazing. It’s so easy to use the temperature. Dial is dummy proof and I have not had a chance to clean it yet, but I’m sure that the ridiculously large brush they sent me is going to be adequate. Make sure you get the pro version and enjoy! …. Also make sure that you get assembly in room of your choice or you were going to be putting this together over a weekend by yourself. It has great instructions and a tutorial, but it took two Amazon drivers 45 minutes to put it together and they knew what to do without looking at the instructions.

My second Traeger Grill. I purchased my first one about 8 yrs ago! I’m passing it along to my grandkids. It still cooks perfectly. However, I love my new Traeger Grill. It has all the bells and whistles I could want. It’s very easy to operate. Had it a week and I’ve cooked a brisket, pork butts, and ribs. Everything was delicious. My son-in-law and me (75 years old grandmother) put it together in a couple of hours.

Awesome pellet smoker, you may get a plus or minus 5-10 degrees here and there but that’s not a problem, super smoke setting allows more smoke flavor to get into meat, awesome price I 100 percent recommend

Not the review. I was looking forward to writing. I am now upgrading from my single barrel. Char griller charcoal grill. Had this item delivered to my house today and it freely installed via Amazon authorized third party. Normally I am skeptical letting others install things for me, but since I was recovering from a broken elbow I allowed the two gentlemen to do so. After they completed, I proceeded to do the seasoned burn but after 20 minutes received an error message stating that it failed to ignite. Then came tech support, and this is where the problems really began. I won't fault Traeger for the product itself, but the customer service really needs to be trained and more equipped to break script and use deductive reasoning. 1. If you see that the chamber isn't being loaded with pellets, You should conclude that something is wrong with the auger system. 2. Your troubleshooting should not include my disassembling and auger system unit. There are electrical components and capacitors in there, and I could have electrocuted myself if I didn't tell the customer support that I should clearly disconnect and turn everything off. 3. I asked him several times whether I should empty the hopper first, yet he insisted that I just disconnect the auger box. He would later clarify that he meant to open the auger box. Either way, it created a mess and the order of instructions never made sense. 4. After disconnecting the auger box, I found that there was actually a screw that got caught in the gear, that prevented the pellets from loading into the burner chamber. Added to that, the motor was sliding around on the inside. At this point I thought the customer service person would conclude as we were already on the call for over an hour and half. Instead, he kept asking me to check other things that had no bearing on the issue, when the problem itself was pretty clear. He even asked me to see if I could unjam the screw, even though the entire motor was impaired. He was a pleasant guy, but seemed to be doing everything he could to get me to fix the issue, and save the company money. I had to explain to him I'm not an engineer. Hopefully the replacement parts get here by Sunday or I won't be grilling on Memorial Day. Oh BTW...... I buy China all the time, but I thought they claimed made in the USA? What a trip... I'll update review once I get a working product.

I have owned Traeger BBQs since the company first started, and have gifted Traeger BBQ to my kids. Last week I replaced a very old Traeger with a Woodridge Pro. I have had a lot of trouble with this new BBQ. It heats extremely slowly and once it reaches the target temperature it can drop as much as 100 degrees. It will heat back up then drop again. I spent 3 hours on the phone last night with their customer service, They tried to help, but in the end they said wide temperature swings are "normal." Temperature needs to be reasonably stable and if not I intend to return this grill.
