Easy to use on my old, sort of cruddy metal window casings. Seals well, sticks firmly to the metal, glass, and itself. It peels off cleanly, leaving zero residue. Mid-weight thickness, doesn't tear easily, and has some stretch. Easy to cut and place. Waterproof. Works much better than expected and did an excellent job blocking drafts. Will definitely buy more for use next year.

I bought this because my window just wouldn’t shut all the way, so I figured I’d just deal with it after winter. This worked a lot better than I expected absolutely not draft once I installed it. It’s just essentially thicker tape. Works great as a quick solution don’t know about its permanence though. It gets cold up here in Wisconsin and it does a great job keeping out the cold, not very sticky but it stays on just fine.

I finally put this on my windows two weeks ago and wanted to wait to make sure it didn't come off by itself lol This tape is interesting. It's thicker than I thought and not as sticky as I expected but it does stay up! It's easy to cut and easy to smooth on. Our windows white vinyl and are only about 5 years old but I really do notice a difference in the drafts with this tape on. I did have to reposition it in a few spots and it peels off nicely and does re-adhere. I was able to do 3.5 of our downstairs windows with the tape and plan to get more to do the rest.

The tape is pretty thick, thick enough to cover the windows good enough. On top of that, the tape was long enough to seal all four sides of my windows, and cover about 6 of them. They aren't entirely too sticky, so I recommend cleaning the surface area of where you intend to cover them, but it does the job perfectly fine. My heat finally reaches the proper temperature.

The tape is very effective, but has an awful chemical smell. I applied the tape to three windows in my 2bdrm apartment and I can still smell this awful chemical scent over a week later. I would consider purchasing a different brand if you are sensitive to smells.

Pleasant Surprise double use for me!! I first used this for my single pane sliding glass windows on my 54 year old Class B RV. Works as described, east to apply and adjust/remove. Roll has a yellow tint when, but goes on Clear. While I was applying I realized it has roughly the same elasticity and thickness of Crashwrap. I have now used it on the outside of my RV where there has been a constant leak near a window corner. When it rains I usually put up a large sheet of crashwrap (unable to permanently fix at the moment), but its so unsightly and a roll of CW is large and hard to store. This is AWESOME. Its tacky enough to stay on through the rain, but comes right off when pulled. Also the width is great for the small area I need to cover. Just wanted to note this for other RV/Van users who could use the info.

I’m using this to specifically seal the crack between the litter box and litter box lid. It’s held up well and feels pretty thick. It’s VERY easy to remove and restick. So far used on contact paper, stainless steel, plastic, and a cabinet with all easy no residue removal and able to restick just as well if I didn’t get it straight the first time. Really impressed overall!

I am always looking for ways to help cut cost like everyone else ,but I wanted to stay away from the whole plastic sheets that people put on their windows I think that is so tacky , I do have heavy curtains up in winter but I like to let the sun come in not only for light but the sun helps warm the house , key is curtains closed in summer & open in winter . A friend told me about this tape which she uses every year round because she lives in an old city house & the only window she opens is the bathroom due to not only the noise but the smells of city life , she swears by this tape . So I got a roll I got the 50yds which did 5 windows with a little to spare out of 11 windows , I did the upstairs windows first the bedrooms , my windows are vinyl & white as to why I got the white thinking it would blend in & it does in a way not noticeable unless you go right up to the window . I have bad hands that go numb after prolong use so after by the third window my hands were giving out as for cutting the tape it is like duct tape so not bad to a point I did use scissors but that hurt my hands more so I used a box cutter which I think cut the tape better , I did notice a big difference upstairs that night after applying the tape to the windows . I washed the windows & left them dry before applying the tape , but the one window I did gets full sun & I get moisture on the widow by mid day I normally just dry with a towel, but I did notice the tape was starting to come off but in honestly it makes sense , so maybe I will redo that window but make it thicker in tape , I did reorder more rolls so I can finish my other windows all in all I think this works awesome has helped a lot so far with cold air coming in & also bugs since it is stink bug season at my house those stink bugs trying to come in for warmth & so far I haven't had any stick bugs upstairs like I normally do this time of year so that is a big plus .
