If I could rate this 1000 stars I would. Triple paste has been a life saver for us and our daughter. During the summer we took her to a pool and she wound up getting this really bad rash. We took her to ther doctor and they prescribed us a medicated cream. She used it for 10 days and the rash went away but then returned in a week. We were prescribed the same cream again and advised to use it in combination with desitin. We did but it only treated the rash up until a certain point but she still had this stubborn area that wouldn't heal. The desitin sat on top of her skin and left an oily residue. We've used aquaphor and used desitin and aquaphor at once but it didn't do anything. Someone mentioned triple paste and at that point we were desperate so we gave it a try and within two weeks her rash was completely gone. It absorbs into the skin rather than sit on top of it. It doesn't cause any irritation and barely has a scent. Then two weeks ago my daughter had a terrible fever and had to be given rectal tylenol and it caused very loose stools that led to a bad rash from her genital to her rear. She would scream during diaper changes because of the irritation so of course we immediately put triple paste on her and it instantly soothed her. Within 48 hours the rash on her rear was gone and the rash on her genital was gone in three days. Triple paste us absolutely amazing!!! This will be the only brand I use going forward and for any future child I have. I hope they continue to be a quality brand and keep their formula the same. Buy it! You won't regret it! PS this is going to be my third order

This paste/cream is like a miracle- never seen anything work quite like it. A small amount applied to the diaper area at night completely resolves any sort of diaper rash issues by morning. Highly recommend!

My son developed a bad diaper rash from medications he took for an ear infection. I've always thought butt paste was the best available but it just wasn't helping. Feeling desperate I did some research and found this product to have a #1 rating on some websites. I ordered and received it same day. So far I'm happy with it, it's very thick but not oily like butt paste. I've noticed a noticeable change in the rash since starting it yesterday. Only disappointment was realizing after I paid $31 for 6 oz I could have ordered 8 oz for $15 from Walmart. More for half of the price! Love the product but won't be ordering from here again.

Triple paste is the best i have used it for all the foster kids who came into my home even the one who came in with a bad diaper rash and it works the best. I also used it for my own daughter and she never had a bad diaper rash. This cost a little more than other diaper cream but well worth the money.

This medication is great for kids with some diaper rash. It works better than any of the various creams, I have tried them all practically. The only thing that I don't like is it comes out a little bit harder than some of the other creams initially, but as soon as it warms up on skin it becomes smooth. This cream works much faster to relieve diaper rash than anything else on the market. I strongly recommend giving it a try if you are looking for something to alleviate rash.

We originally thought this product couldn't possibly work as well as extra strength Desitin because of the huge difference in concentration of the zinc oxide. After a continued battle with the diaper rash of '16, we conceded and tried the triple paste. This stuff is so nice and thick, it's like cream cheese. It's the "inactive" ingredients that make all the difference. With the corn starch, it is recommended to NOT use it with a yeast infection, but otherwise, it's worked wonderfully. We use it with every diaper change and have never had a relapse of said rash.

My son is 20 months old and a great eater. Some days he will have 3-5 messy diapers in a single day! So diaper rash is no stranger to us even when we change them right away. We currently live in Europe but picked this up on a trip back home to the US and are so glad we did. Our diaper cream arsenal currently contains Sudocrem (European brand. Great for soothing not healing), Bapanthen (European Brand, useless, never seen a single improvement), Boudreaux Butt paste (ok for prevention but not great for healing), Desatin, (Good cream but the smell is awful), and of course Triple Paste. Triple Paste is my go to every time. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because if my son already has a bad rash I don't find triple paste (or any other cream) actually help to heal it. The only thing that seems to work in those cases are butt washes in the tub followed by aquaphor and corn starch for drying and protection.
