This is a very stylish looking unit. Fits in our bar perfect and hold wine and beer in volume. Customer service is excellent. We had an issue and the timely response is very impressive and done with respect. The beer and sodas have been ice cold which is impressive. Lighting is adjustable and bright. Easily moved by myself. For the cost I’d say it’s worth every penny.

The style is great and quality of build is very good as well. It came packaged very well but it appears someone had dropped it onto one corner as one of the plastic adjusting feet was shattered. But with most good products I received 2 extra so no problems. The handle was very easy to install and looks very nice. I plugged it in and set the temp to 38 and within about 4 hours it was already there. I let it sit over night for everything to settle and Adjust and it works very well. The adjustability of the shelves is awesome. And they do slide out some so you can reach the product on the back of the rack. The lock on the door is not so great the door will still open a little, but I'll never use it anyway so that don't bother me I only mentioned it so if you need to be able to lock it. It does work but be aware the door will open about 3/4 of an inch. Overall this is an awesome fridge it replaced one we have had over 10 years that finally stopped cooling. I'm hoping this one gives the same longevity. I highly recommend this product for quality. And the amount of drinks you can fit.

I do like this dual zone wine cooler. Pros: I had a very specific location for it and it fits perfect. The only assembly required is the door handle and that was a breeze. The wine cooler is very quiet, I do not hear it running and certainly not louder than any of the reduced decibel appliances I already have. Temps were also very easy to set and it keeps temperature with no issue The wood racks have a nice look to them and the cooler itself has a nice look. The company actually took the initiative to reach out to me to see how I liked the unit and asked me if it arrived without any damage so, have to give kudos. Cons: The unit did arrive with a very slight blemish in the back upper left hand corner. I only noticed as the location for my wine cooler was a near press fit and needed some slight adjustment to fit. Just to be clear, this was a very small blemish, barely visible on the back end of the cooler, and in no way impacted the functionality. The unit will not hold 30 full size bottles of wine, in my opinion it is probably 18 to 20 at best and a case and a half of wine is fine for me. This was about what I was expecting based on other reviews. If you really need a 30 bottle plus capacity you will need a bigger, most likely more expensive cooler, and a larger area to place it. Overall this wine cooler meets my needs perfectly, fits in the area I had planned, and keeps the wines at recommended temps. No regrets on this purchase and would definitely recommend!

My refrigerator was beginning to get a little crammed so I decided to get this to store only beverages. Seems to work well. Looks nice and keeps my drinks cold. No issues with shipping or setup. Based on other people's reviews, I don't expect this fridge to last more than a year but that's ok as this is only a temporary solution to my problem. There's a major flaw with the lock design. The supplied key is not necessary to lock or unlock the fridge. A 7mm Allen wrench will do the trick so I'd be careful leaving alcohol around older teens as they might be able to figure it out and gain access. I have no use for the lock, so this will not affect me but I thought I should mention this.

Overall, I am pleased with the Tylza Wine and Beverage Refrigerator that I purchased and the quality of their Customer Support team. I received the refrigerator 9 days ago. At first, I was disappointed because the refrigerator was damaged when I received it. I immediately initiated a problem report via Amazon to invoke the return or replace warranty. Tylza Customer Support responded in less than 24 hours. Upon reviewing the damage photographs I supplied, Customer Support quickly worked to resolve the issue. In lieu of replacing the unit, they offered an option of sending replacement parts with a fair priced discount. They responded to all of my questions and concerned. I had the choice to accept or decline the parts option. So far, I'm very satisfied with wine and beverage refrigerator, it looks great, operated quietly and accurately maintains the selected temperatures in each section.
