It works, is so easy! We make L. reuteri gut health yogurt. we use good pasture fed milk, inulin, and saved spoonful of last batch--way better than any store bought. Rich, thick, plain, full fat, and no weird additives. this yogurt maker is great--worth the money.

Yogurt maker is exactly what I wanted. Adjustable time is great and made a very nice yogurt. Keeps a good temp and the jars are perfect for a regular spoon. Highly recommended if you want probiotics Easy to clean.. this will save me money on yogurt and give me more quality than a store can. Customer service for extra jars have been excellent.

Time and temperature are adjustable to my needs. My temp needs to be 99 degrees and time at 36 hours. This yogurt maker is the only one I found that allows that flexibility. Temp holds consistently over the 36 hours. It doesn’t require it but when I add water to the maker after placing my containers I use hot tap water. I also heat my milk or cream to 120 degrees and cool it to about 99 degrees before adding my cultures and mixing thoroughly and placing in my yogurt containers. I’ve made 5 batches and all but one turned out wonderful. The one that didn’t was my error and being in a hurry. Directions that come with the maker are easy to understand. I used two of the 4 cup bowls with covers instead of the included 8 jars. Highly recommend this!

I use this to make oat milk yogurt since I can no longer consume dairy and non-dairy yogurt prices are astronomical. You can make time/temp adjustments for yogurt consistency that you prefer. Four stars instead of 5 because programming is easy, but because of the low temp it's hard to tell that the unit has started (not warm to the touch). For example, if set to 12 hours, the readout says 12 for an hour; not enough time has lapsed for the processing to be visible and it can leave you wondering if it's actually doing anything. The final non-dairy yogurt is amazing!

Made a high-protein soy milk yogurt with Garden of Life Raw Probiotics 100 billion. 4 cups of West Soy - Soy Milk, 1 tsp of sugar, 1/4 tsp agar agar 1 capsule of Garden of Life Raw Probiotics 100 billion I fermented it at 100F for 10 hours. It turned out beautifully as a thick yogurt DRINK/SMOOTHIE, which was the consistency I wanted. After cooling, I added 1 TBS of Madagascar vanilla, 1 tsp of Madagascar vanilla beans, 1 tsp of stevia, and several drops of monk fruit. This is sour, due to the high concentrations of probiotics. Second Recipe 4 cups of homemade almond milk 1/2 tsp agar agar 1 tbs of maple syrup 1 tbs of arrowroot 1 pkt of yogurt starter I fermented it at 105F for 12 hours. I loved how it turned out as well. Less sour and more creamy. I tested the temperature throughout the process, and while there were some temperature swings of 1-2 degrees, overall, this machine maintains the proper temperature consistently. Updated Dec 1: I used 3 TBS of recipe 2 as my yogurt starter 4 cups of West Soy Plain Soy Milk 1/2 tsp agar-agar 1.5 TBS tapioca starch 1 tsp sugar Yogurt starter: 3 TBS of recipe 2 I fermented this for 10 hours at 108F. This version has a lovely flavor and texture. The texture is like pudding with a very mild taste - when plain. I calculated that each 8-oz serving has approximately 125 calories and 9 grams of protein. After the yogurt had sat in the fridge overnight, I whisked in French vanilla stevia and vanilla bean paste for flavoring.

Seems to be well built. Easy to set up and use. Be sure to check out the product’s website because they have some very good information for those who are not familiar with making yogurt. It’s also important to know that different starters contain different probiotics which lead to different consistencies and flavors of yogurt. So if you’re not experienced, be prepared to experiment. Also you need to know up front yogurt made in this machine will NOT taste like store bought because it won’t have the flavors and sugars that are used to mask the flavors of pure yogurt which can be much more sour and tangy than store bought. You’ll also want to experiment with what you add. I prefer honey or maple syrup to cain sugar - much healthier.

This is easy to use and the instructions I found clear. The bottles were smaller than I expected but I empty them into a strainer to make Greek yogurt so it makes no difference. The yogurt is creamy and tasty

Es facilísimo hacer yogurt casero, funciona perfecto! Yo pongo un litro de leche entera Lala o Santa Clara tibia y le agrego un tarrito del mismo yogurt y lo distribuyo en los tarritos, lo dejo de 24 a 36 horas y listo! (puede ser desde 8 horas pero el yogurt de 36 hora tiene muchos más probióticos) a 108 F de temperatura. Es delicioso, no sale ácido. Para la primera vez usé Keffir 300 ml aprox) que lo encuentro en el súper. Vale la pena la inversión. Recomiendo compren otro set de tarritos para mientras haces uno consumas otro. Hay algunas otras recetas con las que pueden probar, pero para mi este es fácil y delicioso.
