I tried following the instructions to the t the app prompts you to update. As soon as you activate and get to the control screen the app crashes . I am calling tomorrow to see if this will work. It is super complicated and I even had a technological expert try to help me with the app and it crashed his phone. My phone Said the app Had a bug and made me clear it. The only reason I purchased was for my son who would only be able to use if the parental control worked. Also they will not replace instructions instead u have to return the item Update: they picked up the package. They were supposed to call and schedule a pickup. They did not. Also i got a notice that it was there 2nd attempt so they must not of even knocked because people are always home always. They showed up randomly unannounced every time. Pickup was the only available option which I will update my review with the charge I received for a product that doesn't work. It isn't fair that I be charged this pick up fee. *Update* Also the refund takes 30 days. So my whole summer is going to be gone by the time I get the refund to purchase another water scooter. This is the worst night mare. I can't believe Amazon let's these people operate. I read reviews that are no longer under this scooter so they must of been removed of the seller saying they never received item after it was picked up. If they do the same to me I will update. Also I will watch and make sure my review stays up and accurate. If I ever get my refund I will update

You have to press the 2 button for about 5 seconds before it will go, and then after about 1 minute to fun it cuts out and you have to start all over again…. The charging is awesome and doesn’t require disassemble and reassembly like most. You fortunately the fun was only a few seconds before it turned to frustration. Perhaps mine was just a defective one. I hope. I’m actually thinking about ordering another one to see because I wanted this to work so bad

I purchased an S2 directly from Geneinno on a black Friday promotion. Now that weather is nice, I opened the box and downloaded the android app. I can't get the S2 out of hibernation mode. Will only operate when connected to charger. App says battery is at 100 %. Phone number for customer support is not in service. I tried messenger to contact, but have heard nothing from Geneinno. If anywhen knows how to get the unit out of standbye (hibernation) mode, I would appreciate the help. If I hear back from Geneinno, and they can get the unit to operate, I will give them a better rating. Can't reset due to it being "locked". My experience has not been good, but the product was packed great, and is able to be connected via the app. Just can't get it to run in the water.

i bought the product 2-3 months ago, it was working good but a week ago i wanted to swim with it, but it was swimming just 2 mins!!
