Replacing OEM (original equipment manuf.) and fit perfectly. Hopefully it lasts longer than the OEM, I have a lot of animals though, so my cleaning tools get a workout.

My Shark Navigator vacuum didn't come with a power brush like this, and I've always been frustrated with doing a good job on our carpeted stairs. We don't have pets, but have a lot of kids, and long hair. Our existing attachments do only OK at cleaning up the steps. The vacuum itself is clumsy to try and use the brush roller on, and only gets part of the step. This attachment works great! It clicked in perfectly, and is easy to use on both the tread and the riser. Makes vacuuming the steps faster and more through. I can see already though that the hair will need to be occasionally cut off the roller as it is already accumulating like it does on the machine itself.

I was sent a similar item as shown, but not identical. It’s bigger than similar attachments. The adapter did not work with my Shark, but I had a different one already that did. The actual attachment is easy to clean, and very powerful. It is made with strong materials and easy to operate. The model I got had like rubber bristles where the normal carpet strip usually is underneath. It has a suction vent built directly into the top so the wheel inside won’t stop and the roller continues to work as intended. It worked like a charm when cleaning cat trees.

This JEDELEOS Upgraded Pet Hair Power Brush Attachment is a handy tool for vacuum cleaners with a caveat. And it should be noted that this power brush attachment will work with some other brand vacuums too besides the indicated Shark Navigator models, because the tool itself has a 1-1/4 inch connector. The included adapter is necessary in order to attach it to the Shark Navigator vacuums, but it fits many other common brand vacuums without the adapter. The internal brush rotates from air suction flowing though the attachment and it really helps make a big difference as compared to a fixed brush. The one downside to mention is that the angle of the brush tool is flat, making it a bit awkward to get good contact with whatever item is being cleaned. I've used a similar power brush attachment in the past which had a 20-30 degree angle built into the design, which made it easier to vacuum with than this one.

Aside from the fact that Amazon sent me a used one this product is amazing, it really does a great job of pulling up pet hair and dander from my stairs and furniture which is exactly what I got it for. The roller spins from the air flow rotating a turbine inside that spins a gear which in turn rotates a belt and another gear so there is no requirement for power to it and I love that. The only negative I have dealt with is that occasionaly the pet hair will wrap around the roller so much that it hits the belt and then wraps around that causing it to make noise and even dislodge, but that has only happened twice which isn't bad, and it is very easy to take apart and clean so it wasn't a big deal at all. All in all I would say this is very worth the minor inconvenience and well worth the price. I vacuum all of the time and this pulled stuff up even after I had just vacuumed. Amazing.

I was really hoping this would be better than the similar attachment that came with my Shark. Unfortunately, it is no improvement, but it does work just as well. So if your old one is worn out or broken, this would be a good replacement. Just don't expect any better performance in picking up hairs.
