Imagine my surprise to have my new refrigerator show up today, even though the date estimated was Friday through Monday. On top of that, this fridge is extremely spacious for the price and is very quiet. Once it was plugged in it was nice and cold almost immediately. I am very impressed with the size and how cold it gets. I would highly recommend this to someone

It's had a small very small dink!!! But did not complain or report it. It was that noticeable or worth the time involved

I bought this compact refrigerator as a beverage fridge for my wine cellar, and I am happy with it so far. It gets super cold, so you have to be careful not to set it too low. I have it set just below the half way mark or else water that touches the back wall will freeze. It keeps my beer very cool and refreshing though, and the freezer is just big enough to hold four six pound bags of ice, which is handy. It is very quiet—you almost can’t hear it running at all. I like the sleek black exterior, and the interior is well organized with adjustable shelving. Great functionality as a spare fridge, but probably a little small for a week’s groceries. Good value for the money.

I was more than apprehensive purchasing a fridge online but this was a great buy. What a relief. Shipping packaging was sufficient. The unit is surprisingly lightweight, easy for the avg person to maneuver into place. I waited to leave review and have had this 5 months now. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted. A secondary fridge for upstairs. It is very quiet, almost inaudible. I've had no issues with codensation..very little. The freezer and fridge have way more capacity than I had even hoped and keeps temp very well in both. I would def buy again, and highly recommend.

Had our big refrigerator)freezer go out and we were short on cash that week our budget did not permit the purchase of a standard big refrigerator/freezer till following month so we purchased this item and its working just fine actually better than we thought so we will use it as our secondary drink and egg storage once our big one comes in next week we highly recomend this item it does its job just fine.

We received this as we needed something small & simple for our garage. The product was wrapped & secured pretty well. 1st thing we noticed is that it feels very cheaply made, like flimsy plastic, but it looked ok. We’ve had it 2 weeks & have adjusted the temp numerous times & it just doesn’t work properly. The freezer part barely freezes & the refrigerator part freezes everything. Nothing we do seems to work so I believe it’s just a very cheaply made product. I tried to do a return, but they sent me an address & now I am expected to find shipping packaging to send it back @ my own expense…….why should I have to pay for & be inconvenienced for being sold a crap product. BTW, you c s find these at other places for the same price, so it’s not like I got some great deal.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for their quick response emails and ultimately sending us a new replacement refrigerator in less than a week!! I purchased our Upstreman 7.7 Cu. Ft. refrigerator, July 2024. Now, 6 months, later we realized that both the freezer and refrigerator's temperatures were fluctuating too warm, the freezer had actually thawed out with temps in the 40s. I emailed Upstreman's customer support for advice on how we could correct our issue. I received a response back that same day from Cinky. She assured me,"not to worry, they will try their best to help solve my issue." Cinky suggested for me to try a few things to solve the warm temperature issues. I emailed back to tell Cinky that, unfortunately, we continued to have warm temp issues. It was obvious the refrigerator was failing to work properly. She again responded back to me that same day. And here is my high praise for this company's excellent customer service representatives, Cinky and Kaka!! Within 5 days of my original email, we received a new replacement refrigerator!! Thank you to this awesome company!! We now have a perfectly working new refrigerator/freezer!!! Thanks again!! You guys rock!!!
