I bought 60 of these wash cloths in black, to take on a 2-month car camping trip I'm planning. FOR THE PRICE these are better than I expected. Would I make them my primary bath wash cloths at home, after 37 years of top-tier Fieldcrest, where the towels I bought at an outlet in the Carolinas when driving home after watching a Space Shuttle launch in 1983 are still in service looking great? Probably not. But they're perfectly serviceable, look and feel decent, and stopped shedding much lint after only 3-4 times washing and drying them repeatedly before use. Specifically, washing 60 at once, the first load left a nice thick lint layer probably 3/8 inch thick over the entire dryer lint screen (old school Kenmore/Whirlpool) but didn't come close to clogging or overflowing it. The 2nd load had about 80% of that thickness. The 3rd load, about 20% and not covering the full length of the screen. The 4th load just about 10%, which I figure is a reasonable amount to expect in actual use for the next several washings. So while I expected to need to do 5-6 washing/drying cycles, the results of the 4th showed that actually 3 would have been enough. Pretty good, in my book. The initial black color, like most towels, wasn't a very black black. After 4 washings, it's more into the gray range, but still nice and totally consistent, all still the identical color to each other. That works for me. I figure I'll start using a new pair of them every 2 days, with one for showering and one for dishes and hand drying. Then they get shifted to dirtier and dirtier cleaning duties until I have enough of those that I don't need to create more cleaning cloths every day. Ones that have done cleaning duty won't go in with laundry on the road, they'll be bagged and saved for washing when back home. Whether I launder the cleaner shower/hand ones on the trip or not, I'll wait and see, but my idea was to buy enough that I wouldn't be forced to. After drying them the 4th time, I spent a bit of time inspecting and stacking them neatly. I cut off 95% of each label, trimmed any errant threads (which maybe 1 out of 10 had something worth trimming) and checked for bare spots and other serious flaws, of which there were NONE. Pretty impressive on cheap, mass-produced cloths. 4 trips through the washer and dryer didn't seem to cause threads to start pulling out, or anything like that. The white labels looked fine as I cut them off, so the slight fading from black to gray wasn't from dye running and staining, just slightly washing off? Anyway, after 1 or 2 washings, the darkness seemed to be holding its ground, and after 3, the dryer lint would thereafter be pretty insignificant, similar to a normal load of clothes. For 60 new cloths!

These are really nice for the price. I ordered them planning to use them as cleaning rags, but I decided to use them as regular washcloths instead because they’re so pretty. They’re really flat when they arrive, but they fluff up like crazy after being laundered. I washed them twice and dried them in stages so that I could monitor lint. The lint filter filled up within fifteen minutes and then gradually stopped filling up. The cloths that had been in a small package filled an entire round laundry basket when folded in thirds. The edges don’t look all beat up after the first washing like the edges on the more expensive ones I bought locally did. They’re soft and inviting. Only one cloth had a tiny bit of fraying on an edge, but I simply trimmed it and it looked fine. One out of an entire package is much better than what I normally see when I get new towels and washcloths. I had also purchased some bar towels/utility towels in a light green from this same brand. They were so nice and pretty that I decided to use my other dish towels as cleaning rags and to use the pretty green towels as dish towels instead. They’re doing a wonderful job at drying dishes and they’re washing up nicely. My kitchen towel drawer looks like springtime now. With these pretty washcloths, I discovered that it’s possible to fold them into thirds and roll them so that they look like flowers ready to open. If they were carefully arranged in a bowl or basket, they would look really pretty, like a bowl or basket of flowers in a bathroom. You just need to tuck the finished edges in so they don’t show. I’m really glad that I discovered this brand of towels and washcloths.

These washcloths are exactly what I wanted. 12" x 12" cotton mid to light weight. I don't like a real thick plush cloth, but these are not flimsy either. They have nice hems and do not have satiny stripes like most. The terry goes end to end. I washed the whole batch right away and there was no more lint than I normally get with a load of towels. No fabric softener and they came out of the dryer soft and fluffy. It's very hard to gauge what you'll get when ordering from a picture, but these really fit the bill. Very pleased!

Play Video These washcloths are decent for the price, though they’re not as soft as I was hoping straight out of the package. The material feels a bit rough initially, but I’m confident they’ll soften up nicely after a wash or two. They’re a good size and seem durable enough for everyday use, so I think they’ll hold up well over time. Overall, they should get the job done and are a solid choice for the price. Also they were bigger than I initially thought!

Exactly as described. White, soft enough and the size I wanted. Good for the face or for using for cleaning up.

I wasnt super impressed with the towels. They left a ton of lint in the dryer and they continue to shed as you dry off with them. I ordered the brown towels and after drying, it looks like a small spider colony is living on the bottom of the shower.

These are so soft and fluffy! Strong thick material and seriously a great deal! I’m so happy I got these, I find it’s very hard to get good quality wash cloths at a decent price. Will order more for gifts!
