I like the strength of the product. However, Shipping was awful, the box was beat up and had horrible taping. The box split open and the screws and nuts were missing. It took the company 3 weeks to rectify. Hence 3 stars.

We were really excited to get this product. Upon unboxing it, and putting it together the corners are not flush, and it was slightly bent. There is also a design flaw that if you want to stack bricks or pavers a certain direction underneath, the lip on the metal does not allow the product to sit flat. Within a week of install, we already have rust appearing on the corners and edges of this product, which is a little bit disappointing as we haven’t even had a fire yet. The coating seems to rub off quite easily.
