So far working great. Had some problems with another brand. I like this one because it puts out small pebble like size ice, instead of the larger ice, with holes in them, that other brands have. If you are looking for little pebble like ice, this one has it. It does say that this is a quieter unit than some out on the market. It started out fairly quiet, but as it got used more, it is noiser. Otherwise, it is well worth the money so far. It

I love Sonic ice and this machine does make it. I have a family of 5...2 adults and 3 kids...this ice machine has been keeping up with us just fine. I have not noticed any heat generating feom the machine. We absolutely love it. It is quiet ! You don't have to keep checking water level because it let's you know when it needs water refilled. Very simple to operate.Excellent item for the money.

Product worked great, until it stopped producing ice. I contacted support and was told that my unit would be replaced (we had only had it for 7-8 months). We received the replacement unit, and it came dented and clearly used. I am very unhappy with how this was handled for the cost of the ice maker. I would fully expect a product to last longer than a year for this price. Photos are of the “replacement unit” directly out of the box.

Ice maker works great, no trouble this far. Easy to clean. I do wish it was a bit bigger as it only makes about 3 cups of ice then stops until emptied or used.

I love this Sonic ice maker. I have Sonic all the time because every time I get some ice it immediately starts making more. So I am never without Sonic ice which I love!!!!

Just purchased this and will have to return! I believe I received a defective machine unfortunately! Followed all directions for set up to a T, yet when plugged in, let run for over an hour with still no production. UPDATE: Amazon customer service replaced the machine, the new one is working great! Ice is perfect. Machine is not loud at all, but does have a sound. Overall amazing!

This soft ice maker is perfect to get ready for the coming summer! it has enough capacity for multiple drinks and it's quieter than I expected when it's running. the ice it makes is a good size for drinks and the best part is that it doesnt take up too much space. Overall I am very happy with this and would recommend
