This stand-up desktop works great. I have a dual monitor set up and it is very sturdy and plenty wide for my two curved monitors. As soon as I want to work standing up, I just push the button and it elevates. I want to work sitting down, I just push the button again and it goes back to its lower position. But even the lower position is a superior design for a desktop. It effectively adds a second level to the desktop in the lowered position, so I have more room for my stuff. I already had a nice shabby chic desk with drawers and a cabinet in the desk for electronics, and didn't want to lose those conveniences. So this white stand-up desktop is the perfect solution. I quickly put it together myself. Very simple. I just needed help from my husband to lift it. The two photos show the up position and the down position.

I researched for months before buying for my work computer.... This was by far the best buy with the options/price and I don't regret the few extra bucks for the automated hydraulic lift. The lift isn't speedy but I don't need my monitors launched to the moon either so it's great for standing, the perfect height unless you're like 7ft but at 5'9" the tallest setting and a normal height older desk is a touch too tall. I would buy this over again if I had to do it again and I recommend to everyone. The size is perfect for my twin 27" curved monitors and I like the phone tray feature. the keyboard/mouse tray fits my larger format keyboard well and the only downside is the 3/4" height added when it's all the way down if you sit lower but otherwise totally worth it and it's very sturdy.

I've had this item for several months now. I was concerned it would be somehow clunky or not well constructed. No problems there! The unit is very nicely designed and was easy to put together. It sits neatly on my desk and raises or lowers at a comfortable speed. I wanted to get off my butt and this did it. I paired it with a dual-monitor tree and it's a near-perfect result. The only issue I have is that the keyboard height is a little low for me when the unit is raised. That's easily fixed by just adding an extra support underneath the keyboard.

I purchased the wood grain desk and it looks better than the picture. It was easy to setup and not as heavy when taking the parts out of the box to move upstairs. Having the electric adjustment is very easy to use. The upper height on the stand is more than enough and the 42inch stand provides plenty of room for my two 24inch monitors and everything else I need to put on it. The lowest height raises the monitors a little so I had to raise height of my chair some. I am very happy with this purchase and it exceeded my expectations. The only concern is if the motor stopped working, could it still be raised and lowered and how difficult to replace motor.

This standing desk converter works really well. The electric motor moves the desk up and down smoothly. There is no sway, it is built solid as a rock ( and weighs a ton ). The really nice feature it has is the built in USB port *and* phone slot. I love being able to have my charging phone right below my monitor so I can see any notifications coming though. My only complaint is the keyboard/mouse tray is just a *bit* too shallow for me. I wish it was maybe an inch or two deeper. On rare occasions I'll have to readjust my keyboard as I push it off the back by accident. I minor problem though, I wouldn't stop me from repurchasing if I needed to replace it for some reason.

This desk is a big deal to me. I work at my desk a lot since I'm self-employed and work from home. So, because I sit a lot my left ankle and foot seem to swell up because of all the sitting. So, I went to the doctor and had everything looked at, scanned, tested and poked and good news - I'm totally healthy. But, I sit too much since I'm on the computer for several hours each day and that's not good for legs, ankles and feet because of the lack of circulation. So, I researched a ton of desks and THIS ONE is the one I picked. I looked into free standing desks that were hundreds of dollars and pretty poorly made as well. Plus, I looked into stand up desk converters because I already have a good desk and did not want to get rid of it if I did not have too. I'm sooo glad I looked into them. Because I found this one from VIVO and It comes with a three year warranty. Do you know how big of a deal that is? Most anything made with electronics in it has at most a 90 day warranty. But this company gives you 3 years - that's important to me for sure. Because it tells me that this company believes in their product. Not to mention, it was super easy to setup and using it is a breeze as well. I just wanted to share my story and also tell you that now having this desk I only sit for 20 to 30 minutes at most and then stand for 20 to 30 minutes and do that all day, each day while I'm working. Granted, you can stand all day if you want too. I just prefer to do it my way to get more circulation. ;-) Plus, It has made a huge difference in my life because now my left foot and ankle are not swelling up like they use to. So, thank you VIVO for making a great product and hope this review helps some people out who may be on the fence on which standing desk to purchase. Because without a standing desk if you decide to stand while working you're going to have to keep bending over to type and use the mouse and THAT's going to open you up to back problems and who wants that? So, make the smart choice and invest in yourself and get the best standing desk on Amazon and that's this VIVO Stand Up Desk Converter Workstation. I bought a few of these electric adjustable desk top stands for my office. One of my employees has sever back issues and I realized that he could benefit from having the ability to stand throughout the day; I figured I would get one as well and the two of us could see how well these improve our work day. To get to the point - they work great for back comfort and I wish I had ordered them years ago. They arrived quickly after ordering and we were impressed with the weight and quality of these. Set-up was not difficult, though I wished there was the option to run wiring to either side of the desk - we needed to pull the power wire off to the left for both our desks and then use duct tape to hold it to the bottom of the desk. These are large, therefore quite sturdy, but they do take a lot of desk real estate . However, for the cost (these were half the cost of similar products offered through our company's 'preferred supplier'), these are a great value and a definite asset for back comfort if you work at a desk all day.

I never review products but in this case I thought I would. The product seems to be of high quality and I am satisfied with it. Just wanted to note two things for people who are considering purchase. Once you place your monitor on the product tabletop it will be 6 and 1/2 inches higher than if it was sitting right on your original tabletop. As well depending on how you position your monitor it will likely be slightly further back than how you originally had it, as it must sit behind the cutout for the keyboard tray. I found those issues not to be a problem, but they are something to consider. Otherwise I would highly recommend this item.

I've been suffering from a lot of back pain recently which I feel is because I spend most of my day sat at my desk. I bought this so that I could carry on working uninterrupted while standing. It works great. Lifting the desktop is easy and fast. Very good quality product and sturdy. My back pain is now almost completely gone, with just a little stiffness, which I hope will further ease the more i use it. Very happy!
