This tent is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I’m a female 5’3 took me 2 hours to assemble myself. Getting the tent over the frame was tricky at my height lol The material is thick! Zippers are heavy duty. Lots of vent/wire openings! Plenty of bars to hang plants or accessories. It holds humidity nicely, I keep my Vivosun vent system set at 2 and it keeps it at a steady 65% humidity. I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase!!!! Buy it!!!

Although this is my first grow tent, I find it to be overall an excellent piece of equipment. It is easy to see where other manufacturers could really skimp on the materials and design, but this one seems extraordinarily durable. Having a friend help set it up is easier, but I can see this as a one-person project to be entirely do-able. The Interior is completely reflective, including the flooring. I really like that the reflective surface is textured, because it seems to "scatter" the light rays more effectively. I have been growing lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, Kale, and swiss chard thus far, and it seems that plant growth is very even. Something definitely worth mentioning, since it was not stated in the description I saw, is that they include a second removable bottom with a water-tight 5 or 6" lip around the border. Picture it as a large, custom-fit, flexible tray which will provide extra peace of mind by way of containing an unintentional hydroponic flood. The frame is really simple but strong. One thing is that the instructions for assembly could've been more thorough. For example, there was nothing in the box which told me how to arrange the cross-poles in the top, from which the lights hang. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to sort out the best configuration though. I have already used the zippers a ton, and they still look new. Excellent choice for the material on these zippers, because they slide easily and have a nice, tight closure. I guess this is where people feel compelled to talk about light-leaks, but I don't even need to go there. Any tiny, errant pinholes of light are so negligible, I don't even give it a second thought. And I fully understand the consequences of light exposure during the dark hours. I really really like having the ability to actually step into this tent and walk upright around the periphery of my plants. It's also a neat place to escape to to do some relaxing pruning or whatever... sort of like a return to the womb thing. Weird, yes, but peaceful. The metal frame inside is green in color, but it's actually attractive and has done absolutely nothing to impair plant-growth. I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about this tent. It is far better than a grow-room, as it is easy to clean and is air-tight so no bugs get in. Also you don't have to worry about painting the inside white or hanging reflective mylar. It's also very easy to keep clean- I can actually do some light mopping on the inside. And best of all, I can dismantle it easily and take it with me if I move. If anything non-optimal occurs regarding this grow tent, I will do a follow up post to let you know. However, I have a feeling it's going to be around for a long time. Thanks for reading this.

The tent is big, and the quality on all the fabric, zippers, and metal support pieces seem good so far! I definitely would NOT have had a great time trying to put this together myself. Having a few extra hands to help will definitely save you a lot of headache! Building the support pieces together wasn't bad at all, you basically follow the instructions on the picture, and stick poles together with connector pieces. Pulling the fabric over the metal pole structure that you just built is a different story. The fabric is HEAVY! The instructions said to unzip all of the zippers, to help with the process, but even with multiple people this was a hassle. Moving the fabric into position, and finding which side went where, and which corner was which, with a heavy fabric like this, was difficult. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do this process by myself. After pulling the fabric over the structure though, and pulling the corners into place, zipping everything back up was a breeze. Most of the zippers worked fairly well, with just a few hiccups along the way, and I only have zipper that gives me struggles when I try to use it (luckily it's not one of the zippers on the main doors I use). The zippers seem heavy duty though, and I wouldn't see it breaking on me, it's just a little hard to zip/unzip compared to the others. The tent has a few big windows, and some smaller mesh windows, along with the multiple exhaust holes it offers. Both the mesh windows, and the bigger see-through plastic windows, are able to be covered if you wish with, included, reflective-coated panels, that velcro to the outside of the tent. The exhaust holes can either be used, or closed shut with the tightening strings built into them. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with everything this tent offers. I have a ton of space to move my plants around, and water in. There's also a ton of room for all kinds of plant growth. If you're looking for more room for your plants, or more room to care for them in, and have the space to fit one of these 5x10, or 10x10 vivosun tents, I'd highly, highly recommend getting one. So far, I've been happy with all the vivosun products I've bought, and this tent is no different. 10/10 definitely more ideal than a smaller tent/greenhouse

Click to play video Tent seems cool but one of the 3 way connectors has a mistake in where the holes are drilled. Gonna have to drill one myself hopefully I don’t mess it up 😅

Click to play video This grow tent is true to size easy to assemble no light penetrates through any part of the material and the zipper quality of the tent is exceptionally well built. The windows on the grow tent are at a height to see in the tent. Thick and durable Velcro around the windows to hold them up or down. One thing I do not like is that the Velcro will stick In your hair when looking thru the window. . Be careful.. The overall design of the grow tent, I would give a four star. The things that I would suggest glow in the dark zippers glow-in-the-dark edges around the tent due to that it is in a room that is dark. And for an easier sleeker way for the doors to be unzipped (the zippers are loud). Also put more windows around the tent. Must haves

I set up the 120x60x80 tent completely alone. It took about 3 hours. For anyone who is wondering how to do this. I actually didn't do it the way the instructions told me to. What I did was first lay out the tent and unzip everything (definitely remember to unzip everything first or it's not going to pull over the frame). Then I started building the frame inside of the tent. The instructions tell you to build the frame first and then pull the tent over it. But the problem with that for the large tent is that you have very little room to do that because the frame takes up so much space. The hardest part was pulling the roof over the last side of the frame. The tent fits very snug over the frame (which makes it sturdy) so you might feel like it's impossible to pull it over. It probably took me 1/3 of the time just to get that last corner over the frame. As you zip up the walls the tent kind of adjust and corrects itself over the frame and it might be what's needed to get that last corner to fit. There are sturdier tents out there but for the price I'm happy with this. My only complaint with it is the splash mat that it comes with is slippery on the bottom of the tent so it's basically pointless (I probably wouldn't have used it anyway). Also the hang bars do not fully secure to the frame, but simply hang from the top.
