At 1st I was alittle skeptical due to the price because you know the saying “You get what you paid for” But it works great I love it! Super simple, Great clear picture and sound!!! I use it while I work from home and I love that I can turn the volume all the way down because it has a sound detection so even when the volume on the monitor is down it will still light up and the louder the sound (cry) the color changes to like an oranges reddish!! OVERALL GREAT PRICE & PRODUCT

This baby monitor works so well! Doesn’t run off of WiFi which is great if it’s ever down. It is a great value and the camera quality is really good I am able to tell if the baby’s chest is moving up and down. Easy to just unplug it and move it to where ever you have your baby sleeping too. Range is pretty good too I can walk outside to get my mail or grab something from the shed and not have the camera cut out. Can see the battery life, range, and temp right in the display. Buttons are really easy and self explanatory.

Works as should, easy to use, nice video quality, long battery life, doesn't need to connect to WiFi so no issues with lag or connectivity. Can go pretty far before it loses connection too

Good for the price, it is a little too zoomed in for me on the lowest zoom settings but otherwise is good. It has decent image quality and easy to use, just plug in and it works.

Click to play video We ordered and returned SO MANY monitors before getting this one. I really love this monitor, it's so nice and small that it fits perfectly in my pocket (most other ones are just so massive). We've had no problem seeing everything we need to on such a "small" screen. The range is incredible, we've gotten it to reach way further than the marketed range. We would have preferred a split screen, but they just don't make them with the volume customization that we were looking for... let me explain. Here is how the volume control on this two camera model (vtech VM923-2) works. If only camera one is selected, volume can be turned off or on for that camera. If only camera two is selected, volume can be turned off or on for that camera. If the rotating mode where it displays camera one for ten seconds, then camera two for ten seconds, is turned on you cannot control the volume of each camera individually. Either volume from both is turned on or volume from both is turned off. You cannot have it on rotating camera mode and have camera one on volume level five and camera two on volume level one. They have to be at the same volume level on rotating mode. You also cannot have it on the rotating mode and have volume from camera one on and volume from camera two off. Either both cameras volume is on or both off (on rotating mode). If during the night you have it on rotating camera mode, let's say your child in the room with camera one starts crying. There could be up to a ten second delay in you hearing it through the monitor since it is switching between the two. Again hopefully that makes sense. We have had no issue with this functionality at all, we really love how it works. One other small note, as you're selecting options on the menu, the monitor makes a "confirmation noise". It cannot be turned down or turned off. So if you go to change something during the night be prepared to hear that each time. Apparently I'm very passionate about this, considering I just wrote a novel, but I just read so many reviews for so many monitors while we were shopping for one and no one would explain how volume on a two camera monitor works. So hopefully I've helped someone out there who was like me!

This monitor works well. The picture I attached was in a pitch black room. The quality is pretty good. I love that it tells the temp in the room. Added bonus. I like that you can turn the brightness down and up. It was easy to set up and connect to the camera. It does lag a little bit but it could just be my internet. The battery has lasted all night, I still have one bar after almost 12 hours.

The baby monitor is fantastic. I wanted a video streaming monitor that wouldn’t break the bank. The camera is clear and the audio is crisp. I live in a 2 story town house and this monitor allows me to roam freely throughout the house, garage, driveway, and even on the back lanai. The charged battery last about 2 days and turns off when inactive. The set up could not be easier, just plug it in and go. Best baby monitor for the price!!!!

Purchased 1/28/25. Didn't start using until baby arrived after 2/24. It's now 5/1 and have used it maybe 5 times for a couple of hours each use. Upon opening this unit, it seemed to be used. Protective film was not clean on any of the unit parts and looked to have scratches and debris on them. After very light use, the battery does not want to take a full charge after being plugged in for 12+ hours. Red battery indicator light stays on when the parent unit is off and plugged in and the battery status bar when on only shows 3 of 4 bars and loses battery quickly. Very disappointed!! My 90 day return window expired 3 days ago. 😐 Also, according to Vtech, this unit (Vm923) is supposed to have sound detection that activates when baby cries. It does not have that option on my unit. Other than that, sound and video seem to work really well. PTZ camera is nice but a bit noisy when moving so it causes baby to stir when using ptz. Wish I could send it back and get a replacement because at this point it's not going to lay very long with a battery that won't fully charge.

Hello, we both this product and just started to use it: it needs to be plugged on an electrical outlet when it's writting it's working on a battery. Could we get an exchange or a refund please ? thanks a lot

Excellent quality And easy to use

Would not recommend. I have heard good reviews on vtech monitors however I am very disappointed in this product. One of the cameras is extremely blurry (see photo). You also cannot pan from the monitor, you have to manually move the camera. As seen in the photo we are unable to view the whole crib with the camera mounted as high as possible, and we can’t pan to see the very top or bottom of the crib.

Kept there promise of delivery. Came undanaged and product is great.
