Giving these to the young ones for valentines day! They are sure to be excited after receiving the Halloween ones (orange marker). I would have loved these as a kid, adoring Highlights myself. Nice travel size to fit in a purse or kid backpack. Small for little hands. Bright marker which is fun! We bought these for 4 yr, 6yr, 7 yr, and 8 yr old. 4 yr old will need help but that's okay- love and busy activities is for bonding.

I can’t believe I paid over $6 for a book as small as a datebook. I can get a full size Hidden Pictures book at Five Below for less. My 7-year-old son enjoyed doing it, but I wouldn’t buy this again considering the value for the money just wasn’t there. If it was like $3, I probably would buy it as something to do in the car or at a restaurant.
