Looks expensive. Husband looked amazing. We dry clean dress shirts. So I don’t wash dress shirts. This shirt is thick and no undershirt required. It was a cool evening for a wedding day. In Florida temperatures can get pretty hot. So this dress shirt worked out perfectly. Bought larger as hubby likes room in his dress shirts. He’s doesn’t like tight shirts.

Very nice, comfortable shirt that fits nicely and has some substance. I like a heavier fabric on the white shirts, they just feel better than the thinner, light ones. This is what I wanted.

I've just received my third batch of these in the last year. They appear to be well made, they fit well, and they look like the classic oxford is supposed to. The real proof is in how long they hold up, but so far they are washing well and coming out still pressed. I keep buying them becaue they are giving me what I want at a great price. And the French grey is a nice color too. Here's an update. After at least two years of frequent wear, a couple of the shirts have developed a small hole in the same place, where the cuff joins the sleeve. Other than that, they are performing well. I just bought three more. The French grey seems a little darker than my older ones, but perhaps that's because they have been washed 50 times or so. Anyway, they are performing well, especially for the price.

Unfortunately it came in larger then expected the size chart is off, it was needed for a wedding I attended. I had to go down to a box store to guarantee I would have a dress white that fit properly.

The price is right and the shirt fits and looks great. You get exactly what you expect. I tend to really like oxford style shirts because I can wear them casually or to work with a neck tie. The blue of the shirt is a nice color that is easy to match.

Fits well, looks good, can be washed many times and still look good. Some colors will fade.

In general I like Van Heusen products a lot. However, in this model of shirt -as well as in several others- the offer of sizes through Amazon is not as good as in other models. The size that I normally use (in inches) is 17 neck and 32/33 sleeve length. But for this model the offer of sizes is not for specific measurements; instead it offers this size as part of a group (XL) that covers necks in the 17/17.5 range and sleeve lengths in the 32/37 range. Therefore the customer doesn't know exactly the sizes of the product that will be receiving. This is very inconvenient, particularly for customers like myself that are located outside of the US. For instance, in this occasion the item that I received was somewhat large (17.5 neck and 34/35 sleeve length), and that is the reason why I rate this transaction with only 2 stars. I think that Amazon or Van Heusen as applicable should take the required measurements to eliminate this inconvenience for the customer.

Good shirt, fabric in great conditions, really wrinkle-free, and it fit me very well, so the actual sizes were quite faithful to the standard sizes. And for little over $20, this is a great deal.

Fabrics have lost some "wrinkle-free" characteristics over the last decade, but with, mehitabel.
