I purchased this mattress (the 12" Cal King) in 2020, and it's now five years old. I've intentionally waited a long period of time after purchasing to leave this review. The main reason for me doing this was because I truly wanted to give an honest appraisal of the mattress that truly reflects its longevity and how it lasts in the long run -- not after a few weeks like some of the reviews you see. So, this mattress? It's good stuff. Honestly. As long as the materials and structures are the same within the mattresses, I can 100% vouch for this product. I'll break it down a little bit: When I ordered this mattress, it came in a box as expected. Same process as everyone else. Put it on the base, unroll it, open it, and let it rise. In a few hours, it expanded to full size. We were able to sleep on it the same night, and it's been great ever since. There were no issues with corners being mashed or dips in the foam. I keep seeing people complain about fiberglass, and while I'm aware that fiberglass is used a fire protectant, I haven't had any issues with it myself. Of course, I also haven't tried to take off the cover, and the mattress went directly into an encasement before we slept on it. There's not really any reason to actually take the cover off anyway. If you're concerned about stains or keeping things clean, spend the $30 and buy an encasement or a cover. If it gets stained or dirty, you can wash it or throw it out and you still protect the mattress. Pretty simple concept. This bed is quite comfortable (and frankly one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever owned -- including a $3000+ Serta set), but it's important to remember that bedding preferences are going to be different for virtually every person because of our individual preferences. To me, the bed has a very solid base of support that progressively softens until the top. This lends the mattress to providing a firm support underneath a really floaty support layer. If you push down on the bed, you'll find that it's pretty solid. Once you lie on it, however, you'll notice that it cradles you. Only recently have I started having some pain from sleeping, but that's likely due more to me than the mattress (other factors here like multiple pillows, the way I sleep, etc.). So, to reiterate: this mattress is both firm and plush, supportive and cradling. If you don't like this feeling or prefer to have an extra firm mattress with no give, then this one isn't for you. Temperature-wise, it's been comfortable and never hot. As far as stability, this bed has been solid for five years now. It's only recently started to show signs of being worn. Part of this is my fault, of course, because I'm a big guy. Regardless, having a sub-$500 mattress last this long is pretty good, I think. I've had more expensive mattresses that didn't last this long. I'm sure it'll last some folks even longer. Make sure that you've got it on a solid base because it is pretty heavy, and if it's on slats, make sure they aren't more than about 3" apart to help keep the mattress in good shape over the long-term. Ultimately, if nothing has changed with the mattresses, I feel confident in saying that this is a good quality, well-made mattress that's worth the money. The price is gone up by about ~$250 since I bought it on sale, but I think it's a good deal even at its current price. There's no need to be on the fence. If you're considering purchasing this mattress, it'll serve you well. Just be mindful of the size, weight, density/firmness, and how to care for it.

I've had a few surgeries and will probably still need a few more. Some I've had to have. Those being my back, shoulders,my thoracic spine due to an extremely rare Thoracic Spinal Dural Fistula which was taking me out big time and quickly. My neck is toast, have R.S.D. , migraines, and can have seizures and continue to have dysfunction of my autonomic nervous system which causes a lot of fun as you can imagine. With this comes many fun things which keeps me quite busy, lol. Even though one pushes through the pain which can feel unbearable at times. No matter, we all have to sleep at some point. It seems this is where the challenge begins. I mentioned this only for this and hopefully to help others in reading this review. Pain is part of living. I embrace both. My view is as long as I feel pain I'm still kickin it and feel truly grateful for both. Again I only mentioned this to get to the point of my review of this bed. I've tried many things to sleep on some intentional and some not, lol. Soft beds,firm beds, futons, single size up to Cal King with and without foam. The last three beds I've slept on as I would try all of them at various times in various rooms of my home. With my last purchase going against my common sense, I bought a plush, which set me back $1,400 what a waste. My doctor gave me a prescription that a rep from this Co. was seeking approval through my Insurance which cost $22,000 a month to fill. I don't know maybe it was just me but I just felt that was a bit steep for a few hours of sleep. You could say it was the combination of the lack of and quality of sleep, the pain in my joints while laying in bed and after waking up in the a.m. and feeling like I was 35 yrs. pay my age and that the pain would continue into my day, that said I thought this bed is winning the battle against me and I should just try again to check out and hopefully get a better bed. I did say better, I didn't say more expensive. I wanted to emphasize the price the price I paid for this bed. I have to say I went out and started researching everything on Amazon and also other companies reading the reviews and I kept coming back to this bed. Seriously the price, or lack of price gave me hesitation but for some reason the bed did not. After getting burned for 1400 bucks I just thought what did I have to lose as the reviews were great. As I seem to find with all reviews, it doesn't matter what product a laptop etc. some people seem like they don't like anything, that's their right and they have the right to their opinion. Now to finally get to the point of this. I ordered the king size bed and the mattress cover. Go figure, by adding the mattress cover it brought the price down an extra 80 dollars below the cost of the bed alone without the cover but including the cover. I dunno...It made the decision even easier to buy it. I found the price unbelievable and bought it. Once delivered, I rolled it out let it sit for day and a half made the bed and was anxious to see what would happen latter that night. All I could tell say is soon as I got under the to cover as I didn't get under the sheet. I zonked out and slept for 10 hours straight, without waking that night. I'm not lying, I swear to God. I love the heck out of this bed,man the price is unreal and it's just an awesome bed at least for me. So all I can tell you is if you go to bed sore wake up worse feeling like you're 110 and wake up during the night because of pain, toss and turn wake up frequently and you want all that to end try this bed. I did and it's the best money I've ever spent honestly, I'd sign a sworn affidavit. I also wanted to state that I've never heard of this company before I started doing research on Amazon. I didn't get paid for this review nor did I get a discount of any sorts, incentives or any thing kickback. I paid full price minus huge savings after adding an extra $27 for the cover which save me another 80 bucks including the cover which I still don't understand that but. Again I strongly reiterate that I've never, ever heard of this company before I researched beds on Amazon. I took chance after reading all of the many reviews and many beds and I'm now sleeping on the best bed I've had. I can honestly say I have no regrets and I've just been so madly impressed by this bed. I was amazed at how truly horrible what I thought were good beds. They had caused my body so much grief and pain. All I can honestly say for me it was truly like a light switch and that's no BS. The beds I've been sleeping on were causing me to only get a few hours of sleep. Not to mention the poor quality of sleep I was getting. Also much of the pain at night and carrying over into the day ( what a vicious cycle) was due to having such a pathetic bed that I paid so much more for. Please don't start charging more for the bed. As I'd feel bad maybe that my review had some reflection and caused the price to increase. All of these opinions are mine,of my free will and it's the way I honestly feel. No one contacted me nor asked me to review this. I waited many months to add my review of this bed so I could honestly try and provide my sole and honest opinion. Again the information I put in this review was personal and was only given/said/provided to give insight into possibly trying to help others with respect to purchasing this bed in hope that others might experience some benefit from this bed as I have. That said please consider if you are a person who sleeps ONLY on your bed you may eventually see it not hold as well you may want a small foam layer on top but it's fantastic none the less. Anyone lighter than 600lbs will gladly feel comfortable on such a firm bed! Not sure about people in a "Healthy" weight like 140-200-ish range it may be a bit TOO firm but my nephew who visits said it was comfortable to take a nap on while I carried on in the game without him so it should work. It's soft, foam, comfortable, Takes me rolling out of bed and holds it's shape. It is a memory foam bed so just in case you spill drinks or have accidents I would like any other foam like this suggest you get a waterproof cover and yes changes those the plastic liners rot. I had one a few years back I got because I just wanted to be safe and when I went to dispose of it and try to salvage the liner I was met with flakes of plastic ALL OVER the mattress. Do not do it!

I have read that some people can't sleep on this mattress. I had a pillow top mattress for about 14 years. Finally broke down and purchased new beds. Do to our age we went with adjustable beds and these 12 inch mattresses. It is soft but you don't sink down all that much. I have been using maybe 3 weeks now and do to no space on side of bed I get on from end. I have not hit the mattress retainer once yet the edges have some Good stability to them so you don't sink in that far. I fall asleep before the message function times out (15 minutes or so) and have slept past the alarm 2x so far. I find the bed incredibly comfortable but I am a heavy person. Over 300lbs. A lighter person might find it a bit stiff and unforgiving. Mind you the wife is over 100 but under 200 that is all I am allowed to say and she says it is very comfortable for her also. Our mattresses touch but I don't feel her turning over and she doesn't feel me turning over. But her snoring is still as loud as any freight train. Purchased deep fitted sheets and wake up with a corner off every morning, but that might be me finding comfy position with adjustable bed. Oh ya also they work very well with adjustable bed. They bend not crease or kink. The cover that is on the mattresses has a zipper so it can be either washed or dry cleaned, I'll have to find instructions or look on label. I am a side sleeper also as is wife and no problem holding position and shoulder sinks in a bit but not a lot. One final thing we both will get on one mattress to just watch TV or snuggle and well the old pillow top because she lite and I am not she would either lay on angel or I would get sore from her weight pressing on me because of how far mattresses was sunk down. NOT ANY MORE!!!! Now we lay beside each other and 1 I am not sunk in 6 inch (ya it was time for new bed ) any more so she is beside not above fallin into the sinkhole. Oh yes another important thing was that there was almost no smell when the mattresses opened which was surprising and it only took about 1 hour for them to get to full height or so they looked full height. And as you can see from the video that I included the sex is fantastic on this mattress. Haha ya perv there is no video you will have to find that stuff out on your own. We are very satisfied with this purchase we just wish we would have done it a lot sooner. Oh ya I have not woke up with a sore back since getting this bed and mattress. UPDATE.It is now January and have been using mattress for a couple of months. It is med firm and I sleep perfect as does wife. We purchased 2 for a split king. Should have done this 30 years ago. We don't know if the other rolls over anymore or gets up to go to washroom. It is like sleeping by yourself with someone beside you it is perfect. In 3 to 5 years I will have no problem replacing then mattresses if they need it as they are paying for themselves every night and sometimes a little in the day too. When the kids mattresses need replaced it will be this type of mattress. I have spent over 1000 on mattress and it was no where near as comfortable as this and after a year it had little bunch ups on the pillow top. This mattress no bunchup no swet and the cover comes off for wash. Greatest but I have done I think. Oh ya one more thing almost forgot I dont wake up with sore back anymore and if I go to bed with sore back it might not be better in morning but it is not any sore and I never woke up 20x with sharp pains. Cause these mattresses alow your body to take natural pose while sleeping instead of you molding to its shape. Upupdate: 2 years later and I still sleep great on it. The wife likes to lay on her side and says the medium is to hard so I am looking for a soft or plush for Christmas but can find in a 10 inch but not a 12 inch and they have actually doubled in price. That's nuts guess I will have to look elsewhere

I was a bit hesitant about buying this bed, being a good price and all and ordering online, but was pleasantly surprised. It took the full 72 hours (so be patient) for the bed to get to full size but man, is it ever nice and comfy and sturdy. It is a great memory foam bed for a decent price. Medium firm feeling and the sides do not overly sag down when you sit on side of mattress. I've had two memory foam beds previously and this is very comparable to a pricier mattress.

I bought a king size and I love it. You don't sink into it like those pillow tops you can get lost/suffocate in. It's firm and perfect for back + side sleeping.

Absolutely love my Vibe mattress. It keeps getting better each night, but was comfortable from the start. I didn't experience any strong foam smells during the unrolling process and was able to use the very same night. We've been on them for 2 months now and we don't have any complaints. We purchased two twin XL to make a king size and are very happy. The reason for two separate mattress is that my husband and I have different preferences in sheets, so we can each be happy this way and not have separate beds.
