Faucet was exactly as described. Looks even better in person than I thought it would. Very easy to install. Great water pressure. Spray head works great. Takes a second to get used to the switch that changes it from spray to stream, as my faucet in the main house switches back to stream automatically and this one you have to switch it yourself. I actually think I like the way this one works better. Great product so far! Only used it half a dozen times or so, but it feels sturdy and has a good warranty, so I think it should last a while. Definitely recommend.

I recently purchased this kitchen faucet, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by its high-quality build and sleek design. It looks absolutely stunning in my kitchen and complements the overall aesthetic perfectly. One of the standout features is its flawless functionality – there are absolutely no water leaks, which is a huge relief. The installation process was surprisingly easy, even for someone who isn’t particularly handy. Everything was straightforward, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. What truly sets this product apart, though, is the incredible customer support. When I realized I needed a longer metal pipe to accommodate my thick countertop, I reached out to the company, and they promptly sent me the exact part I needed, free of charge. Their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile really impressed me. Overall, this kitchen faucet is a fantastic investment. It’s durable, stylish, and backed by a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a reliable and beautiful kitchen faucet. Super satisfied!

Excellent product. Same quality as faucets that cost 4 or 5 times more at big box stores, but for a fraction of the price. Also, brilliant design—installation requires no tools. Overall, excellent product.

For around $80, this faucet is a great buy. We decided to upgrade our laundry room sink and didn't want to spend $300++ on a decent looking faucet, like we did for our kitchen. Time will only tell if the quality of this faucet will make it last, but initially it appears at least on par with the more expensive brands in terms of fit and finish. So, here's what you dont get at this price: 1. Factory connections were loose. After reading a few complaints that this faucet leaked upon hookup, I made sure to check the factory connections. To my standards, they were loose. So, I made sure to tighten them BEFORE installation. Easy to do, took 2 minutes. Don't over torque, just snug them up a bit. Impossible to tighten afterwards without removing the whole faucet. 2. The configuration of the faucet cold/hot lines has the handle oriented to provide hot water when pulled forward and cold when pushed back (with handle to the right of faucet, facing faucet). This is backwards for standard conventions. So, I reversed the cold/hot connections to correct. Your call on as to preference, but I like consistncy in my house. 3. On the more expensive faucet, we have a magnetic catch to help capture the retractable end. This model doesn't have it, but seems to seat nicely if you get the weight adjusted decently. Not a feature worth the extra money, if you ask me. 4. The mounting nut seems a bit on the less thsn durable side as well. Its a metal nut with a plastic shroud to help tighten. It worked fine, but it seems on the cheap side comparitively speaking. If need be I can upgrade it at a hardware store in the future. 5. The instructions were just ok. I've done a few of these installs, so they worked fine for me, but weren't great if you need detailed step by step. Otherwise, the spray buttons seem to work (again, long term??? we shall see) and the water shuts off almostly instantly. Metal finish appears similar as the more expensive brand as well. Some spare parts were also included as well. Nice, but I hope thats not a sign of what to expect in the future. If you want to save some serious money and dont mind a bit of a gamble on long term quality, I would highly recommend. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't hesitate putting this faucet in our kitchen. It doesn't look cheap at all. Perfect for real estate upgrades as well. TIP - If you have the option, install the faucet BEFORE you mount the sink. SOOOO MUCH EASIER than playing cabinet twister for about an hour. Good luck and God Bless. Hope this helps a few folks.

This faucet was the easiest sprayer faucet to install of any I've ever used, including the big names, Delta, Moen, etc. Pressure is great, and it looks very nice. Material is not solid metal, but appears to be well constructed. If you just want a functional sprayer faucet that looks nice and is ready to install, for a great price, I don't think you can beat this one!

Excellent replacement for our laundry room sink. The installation was very simple. The hand nut and washers are easy to thread into the faucet. The functions are nice - spray and pause buttons work well. Nice water flow in my application. One installation note, the nuts for the water lines were slightly bigger than the 5/8 wrench typically needed to tighten them up. I could tighten it with a loose fitting 11/16 but you may need an adjustable wrench. I tried metric and had the same issue. No perfect fitting wrench. It does not have a magnet to hold the sprayer up in the faucet but the weight seems to do the job well. Connections were labeled well including where to put the weight on the sprayer house. Nice finish and it would be fine in most kitchens as well.

Looks fine as most , works well , but the reason to purchase is twofold , it is very easy to install . I have cramped quarters with pipes and can’t even get my head in . With WEWE all cords are 1 piece unlike most on Amazon where one has to connect the weight piece to a secondary 6” cord after installation under sink and the connector is too large to fit through a screw on ring with all the cords . NOT WEWE , they give you a large screw on cap that cords easily fit through and I one handed the screw on . Thank God , wife is happy . Many companies and reviews fail to mention ease of installation so be careful . Plus the price was very good as is the customer service , they make it easy online . Yes it’s Chinese but when American are using Chinese parts and charging you 2x or 3x more forget it . US customers service is horrid as well . I might add my experience American product leaked badly after 4 years so if this last that long I’m good .
