This book can relate to the lose of a human partner too. And right now I am mourning the recent loss of my husband and I am left behind with 2 older furry babies. at 81 I can say love those in your life human or furry extravagantly. No matter the years they are gone too soon. This book offers good thoughts to help you navigate life with parts of your heart missing

This book has been an invaluable resource in helping me work through my grief and sorrow. It takes time, but the guidance and support provided have made a significant difference. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with the loss of a pet and in need of comfort and understanding.

Thank you to the author for writing such an amazing book. My heart is broken in pieces. I laid my Kona down a week ago. She will always be a part of me this book reinforces that love and understanding that animals are just important as humans, helpful words and reassurance for what you feel when you lose a petand help people react and say things that maybe they shouldn’t. It’s those of us that have felt this great that need to educate so thank you for writing this book. Thank you to my friend that shared it with me.

I cried. I giggled. My heart acted for Laura and myself and friends. I feel certain there is Rainbow bridge. 🖤

Saying good bye to my pet was super hard as it was unexpected! I needed to understand so many whys and for my heart not to hurt. Beautiful written book ~ thank you!

I bought this after someone posted about how much it helped them get through the loss of their fur baby. I knew the time was coming when we'd have to make the heartbreaking decision to help our dog cross the rainbow bridge because apparently he was too stubborn to do it himself! He's not the first dog we've lost or had to help cross the bridge so maybe that made a difference for me when reading this book.
Personally, there was one small section towards the beginning that spoke to me (and kudos to the author who said upfront that not everyone would need or like all parts of her book) but that was all. This book is better suited for those who haven't suffered this type of loss before and for those with young children.

What an amazing book… it’s really helped me process the acute grief associated with the sudden loss of my beautiful dog… my baby…. Not everyone gets the associated pain… this book helps you understand your feelings and also to learn to disregard harmful thoughts, emotions and feelings.

I would give the contents of this book 10 stars if I could.
Only giving 4 stars because the Spanish to English translation is totally unacceptable.
It is beyond me why the author did not have a native English speaker proof read the
obvious computer translation.
The disaster already strikes in the title:: In English it's "under" the rainbow and not "in" the rainbow.
A shame and a wasted opportunity for such an important topic.

I lost my beautiful boy Ziggy only a few weeks ago, I felt so alone in my grief and was finding it hard to navigate the complete emptiness I felt, i was open to anything that would help. Someone recommended this book on a Facebook page for people dealing with grief after the loss of their companion, so I bought it straight away. This book helped me greatly, so easy to read, a well written compassionate insight into the deep grief after loosing your soul partner, with helpful ways to honour my beautiful who lives on in me forever. Thank you Laura for sharing so much of your soul in this book to help others. I would highly recommend to anyone feeling lost and alone in their grief after loosing a loved animal.
