This is an amazing treadmill for losing weight both quickly and easily. The multiple ways to modify it, like incline and speed, makes it so convient, and one of the best treadmills on the market. The size is compact as well which can fit right under your bed, no problem, making it easy to use, on the go. It’s also very sturdy with the weight limit being 250, almost anyone is able to use it, without any problems.I use this treadmill every single day, and with the speed just in my hand with the click of a button with the remote, it’s super easy to adjust the speed whenever I need it. Another thing it does which is really helpful is it calculates the calories that are burned in how many minutes you’ve been on it. There is also an app that links to it, which makes the treadmill even better! It Also, I can adjust the incline really easily, thanks to the guide that came with the treadmill. Overall this is a very good treadmill, especially for its price, and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to lose weight, or just simply get a really nice workout in!

It’s a good treadmill with a really nice feel to it but it’s just a little loud when you step. You can hear the friction with the bottom of the moving belt and it’s a little annoying but other than that good size and portability
