If you have an electric shaver, don't think, buy! This washes the hair out of the electric shaver super fast, like in a few seconds and very thoroughly. So a must have especially if you have low water pressure in your tap. As for my teeth and gums after I started using it (I am NOT a dentist): Before I had hurting gums around one tooth, with mild toothache caused by it (that's why I have bought the device). After a few days of use 2 times a day, it went to just kind of itchy, and after about 3 weeks it seems completely healthy. Also teeth feel noticeably cleaner and gums feel better after even just one use. Just use it after brushing, with your mouth pointed down and only open enough to let the water out, and turn it on and off when in your mouth to avoid splashing. And don't aim it at the tongue, especially the tongue web or it will hurt. Also, flossing soes seem to get something off even when you use this device regularly, so I'd still recommend flossing sometimes (like once a week) but now you probably don't have to do it daily (again, this is not an official medical advice as I AM NOT A DENTIST, they would probably tell you to brush, floss and mouthwash like after every meal and to go to them after a first sign of trouble, but noone has time for that, and their recommendations vary with time and country).

The Waterpik Water Flosser is an excellent tool for improving oral hygiene, offering a thorough clean that's gentle on gums. It uses pulsating water to remove plaque and food particles between teeth, providing a deeper clean than traditional flossing. Its multiple pressure settings and interchangeable tips make it customizable to your needs. While it's a bit bulkier than string floss, it's easy to use, effective, and perfect for those with braces or sensitive gums. Overall, a great addition to any dental routine for healthier teeth and gums.

I was new to water flossers last year when I purchased a no name version. It seemed to work great until it failed about 13 months in. This time, I purchased the water pick. It seems to clean well but has some trade offs. Pros: - ADA approved - a large part of my decision - Cleans well - much quieter - High/low pressure option - Cool color options Cons: - Small water capacity. I need to fill multiple times. - Stiff on/off switch - fewer features - twice the cost I'm happy with my choice. I never used the fancy settings on the other one. While I would really like a larger capacity, refilling is simple. The quieter device is a big plus.

I bought 2 of these about 5 months ago and I love it. Works great and I don't have to worry about cords. My teeth feel so much cleaner since using it. It definitely has a strong spray. It is nice that it has 2 settings too. I definitely notice a big difference than regular flossing.

I love it! Simple and easy to use. Charge lasts a long time. Switch for the two speeds easy to move but not too easy thsy it slides off or to other speed setting. It uses all the water in the reservoir. My gums are happiest they have even been in my life.

I guess it works. Not sure I’m keeping it. Bought it to use in the shower because I don’t have the counter space for a large “tank” of water to sit on it. The reservoir doesn’t hold much water. Even on low speed I have to fill it once before getting in the shower & 2 more times while in the shower. Still trying to figure out if it’s worth the hassle or if I’ll return it.

I carry my full-size Waterpik flosser when traveling by car and I have a lot of room. Got this one for air travel and for specific hotels I know that do not have a large vanity for the bathroom sink. You don't need to use the higher setting as the lower one is quite powerful. Doesn't include a case, but easily fits in a Dopp kit (I recommend first putting it into a ziploc bag in case there's any water left in it). You probably already have a wall outlet charger that the included USB charging cord will work with. Only used it once so far but the Waterpik brand is reliable so I expect it will hold up a long time. As the instructions say, make sure it is fully charged before first use and also before storing (i.e., between plane trips).

Caution: this thing is POWERFUL! If you have any loose or temporary fillings in your head, this thing could well blast them out of your head. The closest thing I can describe it as is "very small-scale hydraulic mining." Do no point this at your eyes or other people! Effectively blasts (and I do mean BLASTS) stuff out of your teeth you didn't suspect were there. I recommend using very warm water, not cold. Pour unused water out after every session.

Was hesitant at first having jets of water being used to flush out hidden food in the teeth crevices. However, flossing with string or other interdontal brushes was not an option for me so decided to try it out! I must admit that it changed my dental hygiene routine. Takes a couple of sessions to get used to using this flossing device but once you are past the learning curve it is really so good and effective! I use it at least twice a day now! Worth the buy and build quality is excellent. Having two speeds is really good too, start with the first level and then after a few days/weeks move to the higher speed setting if you like. Highly recommend getting one!
