I love this Water Pic hand held shower head and I got an extra long house with it. I love how much pressure it has on several of it's settings especially the pulsing setting! It's really great on sore leg and back, and neck muscles. We also like how it penetrates not my wife and mines thick hair when rinsing shampoo!!! It's really high quality made of both plastic and metal, was really easy to install, and had no leakage. It also looks great and goes very well with our stationary shower head!

Love love love, this was a good buy as it’s the same quality as described. Works well with the water pressure, material is great with good length hose for adjustment. You’ll definitely enjoy showering

Putting it up was easy enough. Initially I thought the connection to the spray handle was leaking but I unscrewed and then rescrewed it less tightly and that did the trick. The changing of the flow works just fine and water pressure is perfect. My only complaint was removing the shower head from its post is a bit difficult. It’s a simple design but it is sticky and there needs to be force when you attempt it. My water line it’s attacked to moves a little every time to attempt which scares me a bit, I spent a little more money on a different brand at another shower in the home and the design is so much better . I would probably not purchase this again. It does the trick but there are other better ones in the market

Waterpik! Yay! This thing will drill a hole in concrete... Well maybe not, it does pulse hard enough to feel really good and clean after use. The hose is well built and looks like it'll last a long time as well. I've always liked the way the water pick ones work and glad I was able to find one for a good price.

Great pressure, better than others I’ve purchased in home stores. Easy to assemble, stands up to multiple daily uses w/o leaks.

This shower head is great! It’s nice to have all the spray options, and the water comes out great, makes for an awesome shower experience! The extra long hose is good for washing our dog in the shower, more than long enough to spray her from every angle. Also works great for cleaning the shower. We plan to buy another one for our guest bathroom too. Price is very reasonable.

Starting with the bad: - The hose holds on too tightly to the bracket when seated (the rubber rings) - The bracket is a pain to adjust the angle on and screams when doing so - The entire thing is too tight/stiff and apparently breaks easily (see pictures) - The water limiter is too severe, giving hardly any water at the most open The good: - The head provides amazing pressure when used with a flexible limiter (or no limiter at all) The mid: - There's no "mist" setting Overall it evens out to a 3/5. The shower head itself is easily a 4.5/5 (lack of mist knocks it down), so it's worth the purchase if you are JUST getting it for the head. I already had hoses and brackets available to use with it and that worked out for me, but do NOT get this if you plan on using the bracket and hose it comes with.

I've had different versions of Waterpik shower heads over the years and they never disappoint. This one works extremely well and gives even more pressure that my last Waterpik, which lasted for years.

It’s good but… My older Waterpik shower head was better.

I had all my shower faucets replaced, and unknowingly ended up with one of the Moen Water-savers that feels like it sprays mist rather than drops. I had a 2x massage, 2x spray shower head that was perfect albeit from before 1979. It turned a 5-7Min cleaning shower to a 15 minute ordeal just trying to remove all the soap, shampoo, and conditioner residue. After some research, this seemed like the best bet. Man! not only did it meet the expectations they set, but out performed theirs and mine in my opinion. After an $800 plumber bill, the price was an acceptable amount to rectify the issue. Removed and installed in under 10 mins. The only part that I'm not overly impressed with, is it was described as chrome, and to me, chrome is metal not plastic, which this is. Overall, it solved a problem at a reasonable price, outperformed, and didn't take a degree to install.

Mine was missing the o ring in part that attaches to pipe… had one so kept it. Otherwise I’d have given it a 5 star review
