I made a Vegan Tiramisu recipe that called for Vanilla extract but instead i used coffee, and boy was that good!! Just a good splash of that i thought made a difference... my vegan dieters & non-vegan dieters as well LOVED it!

This may not be the finest gourmet coffee flavoring, but it works well enough for most uses in the kitchen. It is relatively reasonably priced and flavorful. Recommended.

Great quality from Watkins. I looked into the water-based coffee flavoring options, but the reviews noted that they didn't have a good shelf-life. This is excellent, but be aware that the bottles are a tiny 2 oz, so you will want to buy a multipack like I did.

As usual, Watkins extracts are quality. I bought this because I wanted to try and recreate the Starbucks bottled vanilla frappuccino at home, 1tsp of this in 1cup whole milk with 1/2 tsp vanilla, well mixed recreates the taste beautifully without the added sugar with a fraction of the caffeine. Smells like espresso too.

This is good in a pinch, but it's ultimately unnecessary if you can already make espresso at home. Still giving 5 stars because not many do, and it does seem more dense than espresso.
