I know everything doesn't work for all, but, this works for me!! I have burning neuropathy in my legs/feet and the weight gives me great relief and lets me sleep. The first night using the blanket I slept 8 1/2 hours which is unheard of for me. I felt soothing, warm, cozy relaxation not experienced in years. No smell from the blanket at all and the twin size is great. I chose the 12# weight even though the 15# was recommended. I think it was the right call.

I ordered this blanket for my son. He suffers with anxiety and does not sleep well. It has made a huge difference. He wanted to take it on vacation with him! I have noticed a big change in his energy and mood. The individual pockets prevent shifting or bunching of the beads. The cover is soft to the touch and does not get caught or stuck on the sheets or comforter. We haven’t washed it yet but I don’t anticipate a problem based on the quality stitching. I will be ordering a second blanket for my youngest son.

There’s nothing wrong with the product to give a bad rep to the distributor. I just read a lot of reviews that said that 20 pounds was too heavy, That their wife could hardly lift her leg And that 12 pounds was perfect. I was going to purchase the 20 pound originally but because of the reviews I bought the 15lb, Thinking about how I like my 15 pound cat sitting on me for comfort. I think the 15 feels good, but I also don’t think I would Be offended at the 20 or 30 pound. I have doubled this up And still enjoy the comfort. It’s honestly not that heavy just being a 15 pound. I can move my legs around comfortably. I honestly wish I would have doubled the weight And went with a 20 or 30 pound like I originally thought for some pressure, as a sidenote, I am 5’8” 200lbs. I might gift this to a friend with depression and get A bigger size since I got the twin size, And get a higher weight. But otherwise, I am satisfied.

You should have seen the look on the face of the one who received this blanket. It was precious. This was on her Wish List so she were surprised when she opened it. She immediately snuggled up in it. Since then I see her using often even though it is a weighted blanket. Not only is it on her bed but she snuggles up in it when shes watching movies.

I suffer from night terrors and anxiety. Got this blanket in to try. I absolutely love the blanket just enough weight to calm the anxiety and had no night terrors at all. I woke up feeling refreshed. Will definitely buy again maybe a heavier weight though.

I weigh about 180 pounds and I got the 15 pound blanket. I probably would have gotten a heavier one if I could go back. Otherwise the blanket is great! I highly recommend getting a duvet cover for it though.
