I have been using it for 8wks my periods a on time and a bright red now I’ve been irregular all my life. I use small amounts on inner thighs lower abdomen wrist and neck as directed and not when menstrual I stared using very thin layers on my eyes bags crows ft chin and massage my ears with it. My entire look is better. I will keep buying this if my results keep improving over time patience wins with this one for me. It agrees with my skin

For a little background I got my copper IUD replaced after mid august 2024, and afterwards I started having hemorrhaging periods that lasted 15 days. I mean periods so heavy I would bleed through the most absorbant tampons, the THICKEST pads, and my menstrual cup in under an hour. I was in constant fear that at any moment I would look down to see that i had bled through my clothes. I went to my doctor about it and she said to wait to see if it got better and come back. Anyway, girl. 15 days of that, Im ruining all my clothes, I'm fatigued, I'm anemic, I can't go nowhere, and I'm desperate. So, I order this, because tiktok shop is too slow, and I'm so glad I did! When the cream arrived I was on day 8 of my period, and by the end of day 10 it was already lighter (still heavy but ill take anything I can get), I'm on day 12 and I have only minimal spotting. I'll admit I was a little heavy handed with the cream but that means that in just 4 days human roots yam cream started to help regulate my cycle. I cant tell you how relieved I am that something is working, ive started to feel better and have more energy. I stop talking about it! I'll keep you guys updated with my results! January 2024

This stuff is great! I went off my HRT prescription cream from my doctor. I was miserable with hot flashes and night sweats. Since I have started using this wild yam cream, I feel much better. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that it is a bit greasy. I have to wait for it to absorb before putting on clothes. It is definitely worth it though.

This product stopped my hot flashes ASAP. I went from having approximately 5 hotflashes a night and some during the day/evening to 1 or 2 hotflashes at night withing 2-3 days of using this. I have been using this for over a month and I have not had any hot flashes since week 1 of using this. I missed a few days and my hot flashes came right back. Now I do not miss applying this cream. I rotate where I place the cream. Chest, inner arms, inner thighs, abdomen. I apply it 2 times a day. No smell and it absorbs very quickly.

This cream is organic which is good, and it smells nice, but it made my boobs so SORE it was torture!! I always get some pain there before my cycle starts, but NEVER like this and it all started when I used the cream. I kept using it as directed (rotating neck, wrists, thighs, abdomen twice a day) and the pain got worse!! It was so bad I couldn’t wear a bra and it woke me up at night 3 times!! I had to lay on my back!! I’m going through perimenopause but NEVER had pain like this for days on end. I stopped using it and the pain went away. I looked everywhere online for this side effect from yam cream or yam pills and it was nowhere to be found. But it can’t be a coincidence because the pain is almost gone. I also had trouble falling asleep which is not an issue for me. Since not using it that symptom went away too. I know this isn’t “real HRT” but something isn’t adding up. I use other natural HRT alternative supplements and NEVER have a problem. Maybe because this was going directly on my skin I don’t know, I have no idea. I bought another cream (no wild yam) and it didn’t have that effect. Banyan Botanicals breast care balm. No side effects.
