I found this while looking for something to replace the wire shelf in my laundry room and immediately ordered it. It was delivered today and I have to say, I love it. The craftsmanship is excellent, it’s sturdy, it fits over the wire shelf and hides it perfectly. It’s a much less expensive option and saves you the hassle of having to hang up a new shelf!

Product looked great on the reviews. Took over a month to receive. Ok they are a small business and it’s custom. Totally fine with that. Love supporting small businesses on Amazon. Day we received them and unboxed them the chemical smell was so strong we had to take them outside. They are literally 1/4 plywood with the cheapest stain they make . That’s why they soak them instead of brushing it on. All that aside we may have just let them air out and deal with the cheap quality but the were a 1/2 shorter than described. My wife said she didn’t even want them in the house with that smell let alone put them in our pantry. Then to top it off I had to pay to ship it back to them with no reimbursement or attempt to make it right. I think Iam gonna have my neighbors Cub Scout troop make some as a project. I know the quality will be better……

If you hate the look of the wire shelves they put in pantries or closets, these are a wonderful solution if you don’t want to spend either the time or money to completely redo them. They are sturdy, pretty and well built. I originally purchased for my pantry and then bought again for a bathroom closet.

Play Video You can see in the video I haven’t layered on the last shelf, and what it looks like. The wire shelves are durable and great but the wood covering is a game changer. It makes the pantry elevated and looks custom. Their stain (American) came as expected and they fit perfectly once I utilized the method they provided on video. They shipped when expected although I would say it seemed like a long time it was 3 full weeks and I ordered pantry and laundry shelving so not a small order! Would recommend

Overall this is a really amazing product and has completely elevated the look of my linen closet. However, the stain on the gray color shelf doesn’t seem to be consistent through the five shelves that I purchased. You can see in the picture that the middle shelf is definitely darker than the other four and the top shelf is slightly lighter than the rest. I also purchased one of the lighter oak color shelves to try it out and that was beautiful. Unfortunately, my husband preferred the grey so that’s the one we went with!
