My hairdresser recommended these vitamins as I am older and due to hormonal issues have lost a lot of hair. I have tried many other items such as other vitamins, minoxidil and rosemary oil without success. After starting these vitamins, I definitely have new hair growth. My hairdresser was shocked when she saw me last. The taste is not great but it is tolerable. I'm going to keep using them as they are definitely working.

I've only been taking this vitamin for a week so I'll update later. I did want to go ahead and say, order it! I HATE taking vitamins in pill form and I'm so bad at remembering to do so. I was really reluctant to buy this product because I'm not a fan of weird taste. The first day I took this I gagged because the consistency caught me off guard. However, once I was able to think about it, the next day was fine. It definitely has a peach flavor, which I love. There is a slight undertone that's not as enjoyable but it's not bad at all. The consistency is like a peach baby food puree. In the week I've been taking it, I have felt a slight difference in energy levels. Which is nice because I'm four months postpartum and never slow down. I look forward to seeing how much this product helps not just with my hair, but my overall health. I'll definitely be ordering more.

I have 2 babies 13 months apart, my hair was falling off by the handful everyday, I had super thick hair so I didn't care until my ponny tail was 1/10 of what it used to be, after 4 years of having my last baby, it didn't seem to stop I was getting holes in my head and still every day I shower or brush a handful of hair will come out, well I've taking this for 2 weeks and since the first week my hair stop falling off, everyday I shower I loss like 3 hairs and that's it, I used to clean the drain every other day, not anymore I notice some baby hairs but I'm just thrilled that I'm not loosing my hair anymore 100% worth it, I've even tried minoxidil but still was growing and falling off at the same rate, is pricey but I'll keep drinking it everyday, the taste is ok, is just the oil consistency and after taste, but nothing crazy bad. So I'll keep buying it and recommending it

I just got this rufflyna week ago. The cap was missing but it at least had a seal on it. First time I tried it I took the amount it recommends by it's self and YUCK. I now taking it in my smoothy but nomatter what I add to it. This flavor is strong! I'm still chocking it down because I want to see if it really does what it claims to but it's NASTY
