I got them cause I didn't want to deal with the shells, and wanted to include in my smoothies for added mineral content to my diet. They are not over roasted, looks perfect to me, not burnt at all like a few reviewers seem to think. And not overly salted, only 1/16 t. of salt per serving, just enough to add to the flavor. And a great price for the 24 oz. I got on my monthly subscription from a big selling brand of pistachio nuts delivered to my door. Nice

Absolutely fresh and delicious! Perfect crunch and good size pieces. I ordered the 12 oz Roasted & Salted flavor. Appreciate that the product comes in a sturdy resealable zip lock stand up bag. For reference, I received this bag at the very end of March 2025 and the expiration is out all the way until 1/29/26! The salt is just right 👌. You taste it, but it's not overwhelming. The roasted level gives it a good mild flavor. Would love to try the other spicier kinds. Will definitely order again and highly recommend to others. Beware, these are so tasty you just might eat the whole bag in a day 🤗

These shell-less pistachios were very tasty. They were much harder than I anticipated and a few didn’t taste great, but still felt very fresh and is somewhat expected in a bag this size. This the best value for the money compared to other places, so items worth a shot if you love pistachios.

This is a superb and healthy snack. One of the best features is that although it does not have the initial crunch after you chew it a few times it tastes just like potato chips. So if you are looking for a healthier option than potato chips, this is for you. Of course even if you are not looking for anything remotely similar to potato chips this is a good, tasty, healthy and fresh product

There's not much you can say about a delicious, healthy snack such as these. The best part is when the pistachios come with the shells removed; you receive more nuts per weight. They taste great making it difficult to put the bag down.
