If you are a WW2 history nut, this book will be an excellent addition to your collection. It makes getting a picture of battles super easy and in great detail. This book has research paper level information in a package that you actually want to read. I will use this book when I teach certain battles and events, and the students always enjoy getting to look at the book and through the book. The only problem I have had with this book is my first one came damaged, but I requested a new one through Amazon and the process was easy and fast. Easy 5 star book for me

The maps are really well thought out and easy to understand. My understanding over WWII has improved with the visual aids provided in this book!

Many people know about World War II or studied it a little in school but weren't taught all the in-depth parts. This book covered that perfectly. How battles went along and more detail on how battles played out. I ordered this for my father in law who is obsessed with reading all things history and being up to date with all the knowledge as possible. He is still going through it and reading more about the war.

Very informative. Each set of two pages produces a map and descriptions thast tell you all you need to know about the battles. Colorful and enjoyable.

Great maps illustrate chonographic order of WW2 history. Very informative. However, the format of this book requires a tablet or a desktop for viewing.
