Just love the scent of this candle. It literally smells like a vanilla cupcake that was just baked. The house has such a pleasant smell that makes you happy. This was a great deal for the money compared to buying it in a retail store. The seller had the candle in an individual box that had a sturdy wrap around it to keep it safe during shipment. When the candle is lit, it gives off a beautiful glow. The glass container and lid are very durable and the color of the wax looks like vanilla. So happy, as this is a gift.

The scent is so very nice, like a vanilla cake baking in the oven. It's not overwhelming, it's just pleasant enough to catch whiffs of it at the perfect intervals. I got in on a half price sale and bought the biggest size that Yankee offers I think. It's burning slowly, evenly with no smoke. This is without a doubt the best candle I've ever bought. I'm going to have to wait for another good sale to be able to buy another gi-candle like this one but it will be worth the wait. In the meantime I may try a smaller version.

Just my favorite candle scent! I love these candles. The scent is strong but not too strong as is all their scents. They last much longer than the typical candle I’ve purchased before. A little pricey but worth it!

I love this candle but will mention the smell is extremely artificial if that makes sense. It will burn long if you make sure and take care of it. Cut the wick

I bought this candle while it was on sale which was a deal in itself since they are normally pretty expensive. It was a gift for my daughter-in-law and she loved it. The smell is amazing and the candle lasts so long. It gives off a warm and cozy feeling when used which is so nice. The best part of the purchase was the packaging. I was nervous with ordering a glass jar knowing the packages get tossed around during transport but this was packaged so well it didn't matter. I wish I bought more at the time.

You pay a bit of a premium for Yankee candles, but if you appreciate a consistent, great scent, that's the first thing that you will notice, one that fills the room with a nice aroma. The second, more subtle "pro" is the burn. With lesser candles, the wick isn't thick enough, or it is too thick, too short, or too long, or simple the wrong material, and what you end up with is a candle that burns straight down, leaving a wax circle. That's a lot of wasted wax! Yankee Candles have been around long enough for them to know the exact formula needed to provide the perfect wick for the perfect burn, from top to bottom. For me, it's Yankee or it is for someone else to buy.

Have a craving for vanilla cupcakes? If not, you will after lighting this candle! It is wonderful and the scent wafts through the whole house. Had me thinking I had something sweet baking in the oven. Definitely worth it.

Received this for Christmas and I use it every night at dinner time. The smell is perfect, not overpowering at all.

Purchased this as a gift, recipient loved however they said it did have a strong scent and is pretty sure like other candles sometimes when they're lit the scent isn't as strong.
