My three-year-old is obsessed with animals and we decided to grab this book as something to read with him. He already has an animal picture encyclopedia that he looks at daily, but this skews a bit older in the enjoyment. The pictures are absolutely gorgeous and there are lots of neat nuggets of information, but we will keep this as part of our family collection that is treated with a bit more care and TLC than the ones our kids have full access to in order to ensure we can keep it in our possession for the long-haul.

The photography is breathtaking! This book is a keepsake and I can’t wait to get the set for my son. He cherishes this book and brings it everywhere. As the times change and screens become omnipresent, books like these help bring kids back to the present moment. Great tool for conversation starters and exploring together.

This hard cover book was purchased as a Christmas gift for our 4yr old grandson who loves animals. The photos are awesome and include interesting facts that he will come to know. This is a special and substantial book to have as a keepsake to be used well over the years. Simply wonderful!

I ordered one previously from Amazon and was so impressed with the design and information I ordered another for a gift. The second one was ordered from Rockwood_Books and came in perfect condition, securely wrapped, and in great time. The condition was better than the "new" book that I initially ordered from Amazon which had sticky spots on the cover.

love this book ! bought for christmas gifts to grandchildren. but because book is slightly bend i have returned it ! Also replacement book looks worse than this one , will be returning it also and would appreciate a refund for both books . thank you but disappointed customer

El libro, por su contenido, es una maravilla. Si embargo la encuadernación es defectuosa. La unión de las páginas con las tapas es poco mas que una cartulina y con el peso que tienen las páginas dicha cartulina se rasga y las tapas se separan. El método de encuadernacion usado es una chapuza y una decepción respecto a otros libros que tengo de la misma editorial. Lo compre para un regalo y la presentación en este caso es importante. Estoy pensando en devolverlo porque se va a acabar separando las tapas en cuanto se hojee unas pocas veces.
