Mid Feb 2025 - The company reached out to us when we posted the review. An explanaiton of how to adjust the batteries was provided BUT we had already tried this and it didn't work for us. They explained that they were willing to give us a replacement to honor ther lifetime warranty. It is rare that a company will stand by the product and replace it in a timely manner. For this reason, we are giving the tool and the company 5 starts. It is refreshing to deal with such integrity and efficiency. Early Feb 2025 - We have loved, loved this milk frother and have used it every day for right up to a year. It makes great foam in less than a minute. Most days it is a powerful little tool and comes with a stand perfect for the coutertop near the coffee maker.About half way thru we found that the batteries sometimes had to be repositioned to keep it working. However, today (almost exactly one year later) it has stopped working. Will order another BUT we wish it were more durable/had lasted longer.

I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks. But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.) I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive. My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family run business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours! I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item. Enjoy!

Use this Frother EVERY day ! Very powerful, easy to use, and clean. Comes with batteries included. The top activation button is very ergonomic, easy to use, and blends beautifully into the main body. I use it for scrambled eggs, blending MCT powder into my coffee, and protein powder into my smoothie. Creates a great froth !

Play Video The packaging of the device when arrived looked like someone had sat on it. My sister got one of these back in the day and had lots of positive things to say about it. Unfortunately, the one I received in the mail seems temperamental. I added new double A batteries and activated the device. Sometimes it spins really fast, really slow or not at all. The material which your hand grasps to activate it feels flimsy. When it does work, it is quiet and froths really well. I bought this for my parents to use, unfortunately we tossed the box it came with before we determined it wasn't working. Fortunately, I bought the device while it was on sale. It looks simple enough, so will try to take it apart to fix before I trash it and buy a no named brand from a local store (did this for myself. It was very cheap and works great).

Like the title ? It’s true! This little machine works so well at frothing up your drinks. Easy to use and clean, froths up drinks quickly. Just a quick tip- add coconut oil to your hot drink to add extra creaminess and froth. My son likes it to mix his cold chocolate milk as well. Great product. I ordered two !

My first Zulay frother I received as a gift and is still working two years later. I bought another one for my Airbnb and a few weeks later it stopped working. I picked a different brand up at a local store and it was terrible. It was then that I realized based on another Zulay review on Amazon that they had a lifetime warranty. I called the company and not only got to speak to a human, (which is rare nowadays) but the staff member was friendly , accommodating and emailed me a replacement invoice and shipped me a new Zulay frother right away. The spin of the Zulay frother is smooth and it fits in your hand very comfortably! I bought a third one for a gift for my sister who loved the froth on her coffee which I sprinkle with ground cardamom and cinnamon for a fabulous coffee drink! Superb product and excellent warranty with friendly staff who stand behind their products! I will definitely be purchasing more of their products!

Finally a quality frothiness mixer. It also comes with a lifetime warranty so it is strong and worth every penny. I use it to blend my protein powders in with my coffee. It is a handy kitchen item to have and it makes a great gift. It has a long battery life. I have used it everyday and sometimes twice a day. It it also portable so I can take it anywhere. It also has a long neck so I can mix it taller glasses or short thick ones with lots of drink capacity.

This portable drink blender is great. It is very powerful, easy to clean, easy to use, blends powders very well in my liquid drinks. It even comes it a little stand to keep it upright in your cupboard. Overall made with good quality materials and requires a battery. But I haven’t replaced the battery at all in over a year!
