Finally! Exactly what I was looking for. As a curvy plus size woman (16W/18W) I was having trouble finding hiking pants for an upcoming trip. None of the major national brands fit in an XL or even XXL. These pants fit perfectly, are comfortable and flattering. They are light weight and have tons of zipper pockets that a phone will fit into. I love the drawstring bottom since I'm shorter and ordered the regular length pants. The gray color is great. I'm excited to use these and relieved that a good hiking pant option exists for curvier women.

Material: Worked well in rainforest hiking at 85-90 degrees. Never felt hot. At this price point, thin enough to feel cool but substantial enough to not feel cheap. Even slept in these comfortably as if they were nothing. Zippers were convenient. Wore over a wet swimsuit and it still dried nicely. Fit: Bought 3 pairs for 3 people ranging from 5’ to 5’3”, 100lbs to 120lbs. Elastic was comfy and none of us used the drawstring. Length sat right at the ankle on top of hiking shoes, leg opening not too wide, no bunching. Freedom of movement for steep hiking. This is no REI or Lululemon pant, but I got so much use out of this pant at a third of the price for an impromptu vacation. Really surprised at how well they worked out.

These pants were fantastic for hiking. At one point my foot slipped off a rock into a stream up to mid calf and the water just repelled off these pants. Very soft and comfortable for moving around in. Lightweight and not too hot. It was in the 70s and pretty hot out but I was fine wearing these pants. Usually I wear shorts in that type of weather. I am 5'5 and 185lbs usually wear a size 8-10 jean and in these pants the medium fit perfectly. The only reason for 4 stars was because the bottom part i couldn't get up past my calves. I was trying to pull up the pant to reach my knee but they were too tight in that area. I do have big calves but if they were a tiny bit more room that would be great. The waist and rest of pants fit perfect though. Happy with my purchase.

I recently began doing fieldwork as an environmental scientist and needed tactical, lightweight pants to wear on site. I tried four different brands and these are hands-down the best! So comfortable and they stay in place. Love having zippered pockets. I bought them in three colors (black, deep gray, and suntan) I’m 5’8, 160 lbs with a 30-inch waist and 44-inch hips. Size large (regular length) fit perfectly, especially because of the drawstring waistband. The three other brands of hiking pants I tried were too tight on my thighs/butt and much too loose on my waist. This is a problem I frequently face when shopping for pants, and I’m so relieved to have found some that are both comfortable and flattering!

I ordered 3 pairs of these pants in 3 different colors. Based on other reviews I am expecting the sizing to vary a bit and will update as I go through them. I ordered a size XL in black and holy cow these pants are fantastically comfortable so far. I wore them out and about for a day and they are snug, but have a bit of give to them and I don’t feel like I’m going to split my pants when I squat or bend. I was able to be down on the floor playing with kiddos, lifting, kicking, and had no issue. I’m 5’5” and these come down nicely to the ankle, fit over my Muk boots just fine and I can tuck them in if I get a wild hair. The fit is great - I carry my weight in my thighs and hips and normally have issues with pants being way too loose on my hips and too tight on my thighs but these are nicely tapered all around. The one con that I have, personal preference, is that the logo is on the black pant with reflective print and is a bit prominent for me. I prefer to not have logos on my clothes and like them to be subtle if they are, but this won’t stop me from wearing them. The stitching seems okay so far and the pants don’t have any odd puckering or uneven places. They are solid and you cannot see my striped granny panties through them. I have hyperhidrosis, meaning I am overly sweaty - these pants wick the sweat away, are super light weight, and not clingy!

I have 2 pairs of these and just got some capris. Very comfortable and cool. Have worn in 85 degree F weather and did great. Wonderful travel pant. Wash in the sink and dry before morning. The zip pockets are a plus.

Update - Amazon arranged a return of the two (Navy & Tan) and refund. I re-ordered (same size, petite XL) and waited. When they arrived the Navy fit perfectly like the black pair but the tan still fit like it was a size smaller (L). Will not expend anymore time and effort with an exchange/refund. It’ll be an incentive to continue my fitness journey - maybe it’ll fit by the end of the year. Purchased an XL in Black. When the order came, I tried it on and it fit perfectly so I ordered one in navy blue and another in khaki/tan in the same size for a two week trip. Didn’t bother trying them on when they arrived, just packed them and off I went. When I went to put the navy blue ones on, they were a size too small. The same went for the khaki/tan ones. Totally my fault for not trying them on before packing. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

I'm 5'5" and thin. The first pair I ordered was a size Small. It was way too big. The weather here is rainy, cold and windy so I put them over a pair of pants, thermal underwear and went outside. It worked perfectly, stayed dry and warm. I especially like the way you can tighten the material around the ankles, it kept the water out wading thru puddles. The pockets are great, lots of room to carry hiking supplies. The material is lightweight and would be great for warm weather. Even tho, this pair is too big to wear alone, I like them so much, I ordered another pair in a smaller size.

Ich bin 1,70m groß und trage meist so 36/80 in Hosen. Hier habe ich S (normal) genommen. Die Hose habe ich mir im Sale gekauft und direkt in schwarz nochmal gekauft. Ich Wander viel und nutze diese Hose auch zum Boulder sowie Yoga. Die Hose ist super leicht, bequem und schlicht, sodass ich diese Hose auch im Alltag tragen kann. Meiner Schwester habe ich die Hose sofort empfohlen und würde es hier nun auch im Internet tun.

Bought them for a hike day as we had some rain showers in the forecast and I wanted something with quick dry feature and couple of pockets. These are exactly as described.
